Kevin…read moreexplained how he worked with a designer and did the install and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He even urged us to get two more estimates to be sure we were comfortable. We ended up going with White Mountain because Kevin was polite and straight forward when answering my questions. Water went out a couple weeks ago. I checked and fixed the obvious problems (control box and…read morepressure switch) didn't get my water on. George tested the wires and said it was probably a broken wire. Pulled the pump, spliced the wire and replaced the well cap. It has now been only an hour, I have hot and cold running mud until everything settles again. Very happy to have been told about this company, as his price if I needed a new pump was about $1000 less than his "competitor", and he didn't try to upsell like most places did. If you have water problems, Watertech is the way to go!

Nicole was excellent! Arrived on time- very professional and easy to communicate with. She cleaned…read moremy bedroom carpet and it was immaculate when she was done- all the spots were gone! The wet carpet dried pretty quickly which was a nice bonus. She also cleaned some window treatments that I was afraid to touch and they looked much better when she was done- she also had some great advice on some plastic wraps for the pull cords we could use to keep the dirt off the shades. She was also honest with her advice on some cellular shades that needed cleaning- told me there was a good chance of damaging the shades if she tried getting them wet so she wouldnt take that risk- the shades are 20 yrs old so I'm opting to replace with something more "cleanable". We've hired her to do additional work for us she's not afraid to tackle most home projects- definitely recommending you give her try - a hard worker
