I placed my order and was told it would be in on Tuesday morning. It was almost noon so technically it's still morning, yet only part of my order was in. They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!

They are extremely professional in the entire process. They came and measured and gave us a date for installation and showed up on time! Milford did a two story hardwood installation 20 years ago under a different owner and did a fantastic job. They still have the same great installers working for them. We are having them do a total house hardwood installation in August because the house needs it and we love their work. They didn't even come to look at it to see how they could help. More like that is the nature of snake oil salesman. Unless it is sealing or polishing, I would not let these guys in my house.
