I phoned many window cleaning companies and Coastal Cleaners was the most responsive and proactive…read more Our windows outside ( they do not tilt ) had not been cleaned in 20 plus years. Coastal Cleaners came and were very thorough. Although they missed one exterior window, they politely offered to come back to take care of it. Little more attention to detail ( such as putting furniture back when moved ) would win them five stars. All in all, a great company to work with!!

As an owner of an apartment building, I need apartments cleaned when tenants move out. Last week I…read morecontacted Sparking Clean for the first time. The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! I'll definitely be using their services again.

This service is not all it is marketed to be. After several cleanings, we noticed that nothing…read moreabove shoulder level was being cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on light fixtures, dust on the moldings and around window frames. The cleaners are always in a hurry, constantly on their cell phones and lack attention to detail. The place was far from sparkling clean. They are also expensive and not very flexible. Do not recommend.

The short version: They are not honest. You need to send multiple emails just to get a response…read morefrom someone and if they do respond it's quick, impersonal and dismissive. The long version: They currently have an active job posting on Indeed that states (direct quote) "we are always growing, looking for honest, dependable, hard working individuals who want to partner with us." I sent them a long, detailed and personable email describing my many years of cleaning experience, that I own my own local small cleaning business and would like to partner with them/ join their team. No response. Sent a follow up email to make sure it was received and got a very short, dismissive, less than 8 word email saying "no open position, Anita." Oh, ok. That's fine if you don't want to hire me, but don't put a job listing out into the world that says you are ALWAYS looking to "partner" with hardworking and dependable individuals or local cleaning companies because you're not. Hopefully you don't treat your clients with that much disregard.
