He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. They give you a list of what is supposed to be done both for standard and deep cleans. They missed several items on the list like cleaning tops of refrigerators and inside of microwave ovens. After calling the company and letting them know I was canceling my second appointment and would try another company they asked for a second chance to do the job right, so I agreed.
