They showed up when they were scheduled to, got right to work, and delivered a thoroughly spotless house as promised. The price was right and the outcome phenomenal. Don't bother even looking elsewhere. Should the price double I will still hire L&R knowing now what CLEAN means. Thanks Sandra, you made us look great!

My fiance and I have a rental house that has continuous turnovers and needed a deep clean prior to…read morethe first summer rental. After having a walk-thru of the house, we scheduled the deep clean appointment as well as the turnovers for the entire summer. I confirmed the first appointment day and time TWICE with the owner, Sandra, and was assured the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 AM to do a deep clean before the 3 PM check-in. When the cleaners were not at the house by 9:30 AM, I started to worry. By 12:30 PM and after sending multiple emails and calling throughout the morning, we assumed they were blowing us of and cancelled our plans so we could do the cleaning ourselves. Two individuals from the company finally arrived... over 4 hours late. Since we were short on time, we had them join our cleaning efforts. They did a sub-par cleaning, absolutely not what I would consider a "deep clean" which is what we were charged for. The refrigerator was left untouched and we had to scramble to scrub the bathroom tub and other areas because they didn't have time to do more than a light cleaning. Even more disappointing, the owner never returned our calls to discuss the situation so they lost our business which is running at 2+ turnovers per week.

The work is meticulous, and the house looks amazing in time for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to work with. Chris and Kim are just wonderful. Very nice, very professional and very efficient. I can't stress enough just how precise and meticulous the work was. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me. I can't say enough. Extremely happy with the quality of work as well as the speed! Will definitely hire them again!
