Trevor Randlet, the owner's son, located the tank openings and his father Todd even came over himself to pump out the system with their state of the art truck. These guys are great! They didn't install my septic tank but have been pumping my septic tank for…read moreseveral years (done every other year with them) and I have never have had any problems. I was doing a load of laundry the other night and my septic pump alarm went off. My husband had just been saying he thought we were due for a septic cleaning. I left a message with their answering service as the alarm was going off at about 7:30 pm. They called first thing in the morning to say they'd be over between 9:00-10:00. They were pulling into the driveway at 9:20 and pumped my septic & discover the alarm was going off because some lines had gotten in the way of the pump float. As soon as they pushed the lines away, the pump started working. They tied off the lines so this wouldn't happen again and we're happy to tell me I didn't need a plumber and everything was just fine! No additional cost but the septic cleaning. What a relief and what great service. Highly recommend them.

This is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with…read more He is unreliable and doesn't get any work done. He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does.
