The only thing I could do was shut off the water to the house as I couldn't figure out why water was pouring out of the washing machine stand pipe. I called Lamprey at 9am and within 1.5 hours they were at my door. They dug thru all of the snow above my tank to access the septic cap and quickly identified and removed the clog. I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness! We've used them to pump our septic in the past and have also been pleased with that service.
