They say they are are proud of their long, family-owned business. They SHOULD be proud! We were expertly informed about what we needed to do; even better, what we didn't need to do. The latter was relieving and welcome, welcome news. Let's face it: businesses look for business. But RCI, frankly could have sold us costly work. They did not.
