We were in big trouble with flash flooding in our area and water poured into our garage due to our current drywell clogging and not draining properly. We needed a replacement drywell and had no idea who to rely on to do the job correctly. Roadway Excavators did the job with ease. Serge came out and knew exactly what to do. The plan worked perfectly and prevented future flooding . They sure know what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

What was done did not match the invoice, which is in part my fault for not asking them to change it. They fixed my steps and completed the drainage system, which so far is working fine thank god. We have yet to have a really big rain storm but so far so good. Maybe I can now get rid of the sandbags in front of my driveway! My security system monitored their progress and the more experienced gentleman really showed care in his work, and mentored the younger crew on the right way to get things done so it looked professional. I would use them again, but do the following prior: Contact dig safe which is free to find any buried cables or electrical. Rope off ahead of time the leach fields so they won't drive over them. (Not that they did on my property, just smart to do). Ensure the invoice matches exactly what you agreed to for legal reasons prior to making a payment. 7/29/18 So it's been a couple months and I love the work. The drainage is outstanding and I no longer have to worry about being at work and hearing about a freak down pour in the area! Thank you guys!

Complete Satisfaction!!…read more Karen K. Goffstown NH We recently hired Giant to do extensive landscaping at our residence. We were very impressed by how thorough they were. Their work was wonderfully done. They were very neat and courteous!! We did have one issue which I was fearful would be contentious. My wife and I were so pleased by how it was handled. Giant was very concerned with our issue and they took immediate steps to resolve it. A technician Eric came to our house on a Friday before a holiday weekend and remained late in the evening to fix the issue. He was extraordinarily pleasant and stated several times that he "wanted to make things right."We were so incredibly impressed with this absolute gentleman. My wife and I could not have been more impressed with Giant Landscaping and would absolutely recommend them to others!!!

The job included aerating, seeding, and spreading about 6 yards of a 50/50 loam and compost mix. Drew arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. He completed the entire project in one day -- not by cutting corners, but by working hard and staying focused. The results speak for themselves. Drew's communication, pricing, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the process, was responsive to questions, and followed through on every detail. For context, I had worked with another landscaping company the prior spring on a similar project. Despite spending a comparable amount, that experience was a disaster -- poor communication, zero support, and the result was a yard full of weeds that looked worse than before. I was understandably hesitant to hire another landscaper, but Drew quickly put all those concerns to rest. His honesty, reliability, and quality of work far exceeded expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend AAA Family Home & Lawn Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking professional who truly takes pride in what he does.

My yard needs lots of landscaping upgrades so I was happy to have the owner come out and look things over. My immediate need was lawn mowing and trimming for the summer with adding in some large and small projects. The owner came and we walked my small yard. He took pictures and I was given a quote for the mowing. It was reasonable and I felt positive about moving forward. Then when they came earlier than expected to mow, I was sure I made the right choice. It is always nice to come home from work to a freshly cut lawn. But with this 1st cut, the loose cut grass remained, not raked, bagged or in the expected grass catcher. My bad for not asking as that is something that was just automatically done with my last lawn professionals. A few days later I was walking the property and found that on one side of my house the grass/weeds were overgrown and had been missed on the mowing day. I also found that a section behind the house was left untouched as well. Also found was a lawn decoration that had been mowed down and broken. If I had know they were coming it is something I would have removed. It wasn't expensive but it showed a disregard for my property. The fact that it wasn't mentioned is what bothered me. I texted the owner about the unmowed areas and also mentioned the lawn ornament and a few other things that I noticed had happened when the mowers came through. The owner texted me back and said bagging & dumping would be an additional $10.00 per mow. And to mow the other side of my house, which is actually just a small buffer between me and my neighbor, would be an extra $10.00. If you come out and spend as much time with me walking & discussing a property as small as mine, and you give me a quote afterwards, I don't expect an immediate price increase of $20.00 after just one mow. I moved on to another lawn professional whose quote was the same as my original quote from Globe Green. $20.00 per mow less, with glass clippings automatically removed with their mower and no areas of this small yard left unmowed. AND, the price stayed the same for the season.

If I could offer no star, I would…read more Dave Gugger is a joke, a coward and highly misleading in his work ethic and skill. He provided us with services which included underground drainage from our foundation, removal of crushed stone (from a previously laid above-ground pool), ground leveling, sod-placement and construction of 2 gardens made from Penn flagstone. NONE of these jobs were done correctly. The crushed stone still lies beneath our new sod and constantly dries out because the proper amount to create an appropriate depth for grass roots to grow was not removed. The stone gets too hot in the sun and burns the grass from the root up. After 2-3 days of no water, there is a perfect 33' round patch of dead grass in my yard, reminding us of the pool long-gone. The gardens BOTH fell within 2 weeks of being built - one of which was put together by a temp; a 16-yo young man who was happy to admit this was his first rock wall! The stones used were NOT what we had ordered as he did not properly obtain the product we wanted in time. He snuck in random round boulders which was the baseline to it's eventual fail. I personally had to remove all the stones, gather new material and rebuild the gardens myself. Plants that were supposed to be REMOVED before building the garden (variegated hostas) were not taken out properly and I still struggle with constantly having to weed out the persistent babies of the larger plants that make their way through the soils. As anyone with hosta-removal experience knows, you PAY to have someone remove them properly because if they are not, they will keep coming back! They are choking out the rest of my plants and it is extremely discouraging. The drainage pipe that was installed leaks out to a location less than 20' from our foundation and is at a 15degree grade HIGHER than the foundation itself - so all the water that is removed seeps right back into our basement. Our investemnt of a dehumidifier was probably the best in our whole experience - but that of course was only AFTER we constantly find 2-4 inches of water in our basement. Of all the things, here is my biggest, sincerest complaint.... when he was confronted with the problems we were having, he repeatedly refused to reply to emails, would not answer his phone. Once, we got him to answer (when he must not have checked to see if it was us) and he pulled the good ol' fashioned "Hello? HELLO? I can't hear you. *click*" Another time, he had the audacity to tell me (during the period of my extremely frequent and frustratingly unanswered phone calls) that he was on vacation where he dropped his phone and broke it. Now, I understand everyone needs a vacation - and I totally understand accidents happen. But I also know that when you, as the OWNER, are on a 3-week vacation and you lose your phone the FIRST day, you would likely try to pick up a new one, or at least set up your answering account to say "On vaca, I'll return your call as quickly as I am able." Perhaps a vaca-message on your webpage?? Nothing but dead air from this guy. As a business owner myself, I am shocked that any owner would treat paying customers, and good fair people, with such disregard. We did not ask much of him when it came to fixing the problems. We asked that he either get out to our home and fix ALL the errors he and his crew had made or to refund us JUST OUR LABOR COST!!! Just the labor. We'll keep the product and do the damn work ourselves (and better than he did!) But he ignored us. I apologize to those who look for a short yay-or-nay review - but there is no way I'm going to let this extremely poor businessman slide for the damages he has done. We are now slated to have our entire back yard excavated to remove the stone he was paid to do in the first place. I do not apologize to Dave for this scathing review - which will be passed to the BBB and Atty General. Thanks for ruining our yard, DG. The Touma Family.
