They designed a gracious…read moreentry way from the driveway to the front door that eliminated several steps and was slightly ramped so that the water would flow away from the pavers. This redesign was enormously helpful for my husband who had difficulty walking and going up and down stairs. They also redid the steps from the house towards the lake and added some additional features that made the lakeside of the house look more attractive. The man who laid the new pavers did an excellent job as did the others workers who helped lay new stone to replace the railroad ties. They were friendly, helpful and very hard working. We are totally pleased with what they did and recommend them with enthusiasm.

Not where it had been machine spread. And then a 3' crack developed in the driveway. Not a heave, just a separation. I called a couple times with no response. Neighbors drives installed about the same time do not have dimples or cracks. I'm not sure why the install has issues and it's terrible that they do not back their work.

Considering we will be driving a large motorhome on the surface he provided an excellent recommendation regarding the materials used and spent a long time getting the slope just right for water runoff. Even additional items that were not part of the quote, including moving a rock pile and relocating an additional large rock were performed and the attention to detail was incredible. The crew was very professional and a pleasure to deal with the entire project.

Our work was completed in July 2025. Early 2026 we noticed cracks at top of driveway. Called Dan and he assured us he would come take a look in Spring. It is now mid-May, called again and no response. Would not recommend Asphaltics based on issue resolution to date.

I hired Asphaltics to redo my driveway and they did a fantastic job. They removed the old cracked asphalt and dug out the soft sand base underneath, replaced it and packed it with a new base of stone and sand. They hand sculpted the driveway and sloped it so subtly but it now drains off all water just as I was promised by Dan. Would highly recommend Asphaltics.

When Trevor came out to see me, he notified me that my roof probably wouldn't make the Winter, but that even though they were almost past the roofing time of year, they would take care of my roof for me. This was a huge relief! After I got 5 estimates for a new roof, Trevor's original estimate was very close to the lowest, and when I spoke to him honestly, he was able to meet the lowest price quote. The lowest price from one of the most reputable companies in NH? That was a Win-Win! Two weeks later and my roof is done & looking beautiful, and Trevor kept me informed up to, on the day of and after my roofing job. Absolutely no negatives from Energy Shield. I was recommended to them from my neighbor down the street, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them as well.

What was supposed to take 8-10 weeks took a bit longer - due to COVID, our fabric was back-ordered. Eric sent us occasional updates while we waited. It arrived mid-October and we scheduled the install right before Veterans Day. The A Team comprised of Eric, Mike and Steve arrived, worked like a well-oiled machine, and in no time at all our new awning was up and running. This crew was professional, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. We highly recommend Image Awnings!

They seemed to be professional or so we thought. Not quite a year later our awnings failed. It was very clear that they were not installed properly, we also had damage to the siding of our home. Although concerned we were shocked to be treated in such a disrespectful and rude manner. They actually refused to stand behind their work and tried to get additional funds from us. These awnings are expensive, were reported to be some of the best in the area. Our advice is to look elsewhere... they have the sale psychology down... how they stand behind their product and installation including the materials they use. Don't fall for it. Other installations near us have encountered the same experience. Poor installation practice and failures... only to be treated in a disrespectful manner with an outrageous estimate to fix the issue... And we thought they could be trusted and stood behind their work. They sadly do not... it is how they choose to do business. You will notice a 5 star review which is not accurate ... ours sadly is. The company cannot be trusted.
