Ngoc Anh Bistro is the latest of a series of Chinese and then Vietnamese bistros in this location since the 2000s. I have enjoyed each of them in turn on my visits to Prague. The restaurant is small--about five tables, seating fewer than 30 people in total, but they do a lot of their business via take-away. Ngoc Anh has a large selection of Vietnamese dishes. They also have sushi, poke, abc a few Chinese dishes (kung pao) that I have not yet tried. The bún nem came out in minutes, beautifully plate and quite tasty. Prague has become known for excellent Vietnamese cuisine since the 2010s (my comparison is to restaurants in Vietnamese neighborhoods in California, as I have not yet been to Vietnam). Ngoc Anh is a good choice for a quick, light, tasty meal, for dine-in or take-away. read more
