They have a very large menu but I opted for a Miso Ramen bowl. It was really big, super hot (temperature), and tasty. It definitely hit the spot because the ambient temperature was 27 degrees Fahrenheit! There was a wind chill also which really made things worse. Anyway, this rarely happens but I couldn't finish my bowl. Partly because it was a large portion but honestly I wasn't feeling100%. The broth was slightly salty (as compared to the Shoyu broth) and it was rich. They put in a raw egg into the broth and added a generous amount of fatty pork. On an ordinary day, the richness wouldn't have bothered me and I would have eaten 90% or more of the bowl. Noodles were perfectly al dente and soups were hot. Loved the fact they gave generous amount of toppings (we are so used to a tiny bit of toppings at many places in the U.S.). We left with full anf happy tummies. The service was great, too.
