I had a great experience at NFS Tires, and I wish I came here first. I stopped by because I found a nail deeply lodged in my tire on my 2022 Honda Insight. Another tire shop ( BIG O TIRES ) had tried to convince me I needed a whole new tire for almost $300 even after I told them my tire pressure light never came on. (which means the nail hadn't punctured anything to far yet to my knowledge) I decided to get a second opinion at NFS Tires, and WOW, I'm so glad I did! The tech immediately checked the tire, removed the nail, sealed the hole properly, and patched the tire all for $45. No upselling, no scare tactics, no attitude. Just honest, fast, professional work. You can tell these guys are experienced and actually care about helping people, not taking advantage. They explained what they were doing, didn't talk down to me, and treated me with real respect. My tire feels perfect now, and the whole process took maybe 15-25 minutes. NFS Tires is 100% trustworthy, fairly priced, and super efficient. If you're in Pinole and need tire work, SKIP the big chains like Big O tires and come straight here. They saved me money, time, and stress. Will not be coming back to this place. Got my front brakes replaced, and rear brakes cleaned and adjusted. Had an appointment first thing in the morning booked a few days ahead - got there and waited said they didn't have the parts and said they will order them, I waited from 9am-1pm, just for the brakes. Coming here has cost me more since, I had to go to another shop after noticing my car was making noises and I was told that the wrong lug nuts were put in for my wheels, and there were also missing lug nuts for all the wheels. I was also told that whoever replaced them used poor quality brake pads which easily burns out my pads, thus, increasing dust on my rims. NFS tires had me waiting for hours just to give me cheap pads. I was told that it was a good thing I towed my car to the other shop since I was close to losing a wheel. I wish I could get a refund for the poor service and almost causing my life to an accident that could've occurred. read more

I had them install some side steps on my 2023 I would not recommend it. They ran wiring underneath the truck and under the exhaust and around the exhaust. Poor job. If they don't know how to install it they should've just told me.. I had to pay another 200 bucks at the dealer to rewire read more

I have been here a couple of times for different car services, everytime was a pleasant experience. Recently took my car in with coilovers for an alignment and tire rotation. They have a waiting area with a TV and a clean bathroom. The tech is nice enough to ask me what camber setting I wanted. These guys really know their cars. My tires had been giving me problems for a while now. Most of the time I'd just replace the "trouble-maker" and keep it moving. Recently I have been needing to put air in my tires once every two weeks. You can only imagine how inconvenient it was to have an appointment or meeting to go to and having to fill your tire prior to making the trip. I'm sure the gas station knows me by now if not me, most definitely my car. I looked at several businesses that supplies tires, warranties and other needs you may have involving your car. NFS Tires & Wheels offered the best prices and warranty in the area. I reached out via phone that was answered immediately. I found the front desk person to be friendly and informative. When visiting the tire shop, I found it was clean, spacious and kid friendly. I was most impressed with the restroom as it was clean, smelled nice and well kept. I imagine mostly men frequent the shop and the restroom is gender neutral so I wasn't sure what to expect, I was pleased with its presentation. Upon my arrival I was greeted and service was begun promptly even though I was a "walk-in." Having no wait time I had all four tires replaced and aligned. My tires are good for 60,000 miles, with free tire rotation every oil change and free flat tire repairs. My car obviously rides better but most importantly I feel so much safer driving. My experience at NSF was amazing. I went in knowing I wanted new wheels and tires, but had no idea where to start. I gave Sam my budget and he helped me narrow down my options to a few brands. Once I selected the style of wheels I liked, he made all the recommendations on sizing to get the look I wanted. Once the product came in, there was an issue due to the key missing for the wheel lock. NFS went above and beyond and ordered a special tool to take the locks off so we could get the installation done. I will definitely be going to this shop for any future needs! read more

DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! They ripped me off and messed up my car that I brought in for a simple alignment. They ended up stripping important suspension threads that goes into the frame and didn't even tell me after doing so!? After seeing the alignment sheet I noticed that they made it worse than how it was when I brought it in, by adding more camber than there previously was on the car in the rear. When I asked if they could fix it, they said that I would need to come back another time because there were other cars ahead of me, even though they just took my car off the rack, and still made me pay in full. I found out about the stripped threads after going to a different shop right after to get the alignment corrected. Except for the cross threaded suspension threads going into the frame rail that they over torqued, everything other fastener they touched to adjust was loose and hand tight. Avoid a headache from these fools by going somewhere else and do not support their shady work. read more

We were looking for a specific kind of tire. Went to the closest shop that was near us out in Hayward. That shop told us, it would take 6 to 12 weeks to get the tire we were seeking. Then I remembered I had had an amazing experience with NFS. So called and spoke with Fahan. When speaking on the phone I asked how long it would take to get this tire. Fahan I told me 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS. I was shocked, flabbergasted. Immediately i asked, what do I gotta do to get it? He responded with, come by and make a payment. I jumped in my car, and did my best to imitate all the Fast & Furious movies and make my way there quickest I could. Quarter mile at a time. Made it there in what im sure would be a record time, parked illegally (parking is sparce and difficult), went inside and proceeded to purchase the tire(not a lay-a-way kind of guy). As he was getting the receipt. I asked, so how long again? Fahan again told me, 3 to 4 business days. I was like, sweet!! That was on Friday April 15th. Today is May 10th. Still no tire. No update. When I called and inquired. Said they'd call when it arrives. If I wanted to cancel the order. I needed to come in with a receipt. I wanted a particular set of wheels and tires. I searched everywhere, in other shops and online; however, none could beat the price listed at NFS. Nabeel and Sam were willing to negotiate and work within my budget. Installation was free of charge, even wheel balancing. I noticed that I was having alignment issues due to a larger set of tires and they even fixed that free of charge. Within a week, I punctured my tire. I sent it straight to NFS and they patched it up... again... for free! When I first came to the shop, I was hesitant because I had air suspension in my car. However, most, if not all, employees seem to run air. They gave me invaluable information about it. John even helped me roll my fenders and adjusted my ride height to perfection. This is now my go to place. This past Winter, my tires needed a bit more air. Chris and Sulman had no issues inflating them back up and inspected them. read more

This place is a scam!! Brought my tire here multiple times. I have issues with them before never letting it get to me.. I keep letting it slide and give this place a chance. After about 10 times or more. They weren't honest and tried to rip u off. When I called, they gave me a price of 95 dollars when I was ready to pay, they told me 149. lol. But besides that, the guy suggested I need to place my tire cause of a nail.. I asked if they could patch it? He says no cause the nail is on the side. Ok, he asked if I want he has a tire for 170 dollars. I told him, "No, that's ok.. I'll go to my tire place. Then he says if u wait, I can come back the next day, and it will be 125..Lol I still refuse it! Nxt day took to my tire place, took the tire out, tested to patch the hole.. Not bad, but not worth the price, $220 for curb rash repairs if machined it $200 if non-machined, which is twice the price from the dealership, but dealership takes time. They did a good job on fixing it, I was charged $100 for alignment. 3 stars because the price to turn around time wasn't great. I can get it done for less than half the price done in less than 2 hours than overnight - Machined or not. I know because the next day I took my other car to a separate place to test it out. The other reason was that when I picked up my car, I had asked about the alignment and was told by one person it wasn't done, and another it was done. I asked for the printout and they said they didn't print one. They did offer to put it on the lift to show me it was done. I just lost trust. read more

This place is very unprofessional dealing with their customers. It's my fault for giving this place a chance and dealt with the constant run for my money. I ordered custom wheels back in June of 2022. I understand custom wheels are very expensive and take time to build. From my initial order date 6/20/2022. I was told 8-12 weeks, then turned into 16-20 weeks, and now 7months later. Still nothing. No tracking number was provided to me when I requested for one. When I was told by the owner my wheels were apparently done and "shipped" on 1/3/2023 and would take 3-4 days. No update at all. Not knowing what my options were for rims on my 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK 550 Cab, I contacted NFS for help. I didn't know (and still don't) know how offsets work but I was told that they'd make sure what I needed I'd get and it would work for my car. We communicated by text more than anything and they were attentive in getting back to me and sending me pix of rim options and what the prices would be. I had a set of tires sent to them and once the rims came in they had all the components and just needed the car to bring everything together. I dropped my car off late morning and was kept informed on the progress and by late afternoon, I got a text saying it was ready. The car was parked outside and I couldn't have been happier with what I saw. The car looks and drives great. I'm very pleased with my experience with NSF and when I have the need for anything automotive that they can do my cars will go to them. Do not go here for new tires, rims, or even to have your brakes changed. The quality of their products is very low. I frequented this place because I often had tire issues. For a while, I thought it might be due to bad road conditions, but I also suspected that I almost never encounter potholes. It turns out they sell old, unreliable tires that can't even handle the smallest potholes without blowing out. I remember getting my brakes changed here once, and the technician forgot to put the cap back on. The rims are of poor quality too; they tend to damage the tires, causing frequent flats. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I started going to Big O Tires, which is located in front of this place, where I've had my tires changed, and they have lasted longer than any tire from this place. read more

AMAZON ships the NEW TIRES with chalk marks on them to signify they're new but MINE did NOT have any chalk marks! I found out about their con after sharing my frustration with a friend and she told me she experienced the same thing with this business then showed me my tires on amazon for a cheaper price. In the end, I had to pay the extra price of being a woman with a male mechanic .
