Another great experience at Richmond Tire. Father and son duo are top tier. Went in on Saturday for a slow leak in my front tire. Turns out I needed my fronts replaced. Jeff was able to get my tires ordered in less than 3 days even with the holidays coming up. Was able to go in and have them put on this morning with no wait at all!!! Tesla said it was time to rotate my Model Y's tires and that the rear passenger tire was well below the recommended PSI. I called Richmond Tire (thank you to previous reviewers who rated it well) to estimate cost and see about availability. They provided a cost estimate of $30 for a rotation and $20 for a tire patch, assuming I paid cash. They also welcomed me to drive up at my convenience. I couldn't determine if they took appointments. They, indeed, could get rotations done in about 15 minutes and a patch completed within 30 minutes of beginning the service. They, indeed, found a threaded bolt in the suspected tire and got it patched. There's a small covered but outdoor waiting area as well as an outdoor bench for customers to wait. Given it's a (2024) Fourth of July heatwave, I tried to hide from the sun as much as possible. So thankful I brought a hat! Yes, $50 for the total appointment, paid in cash. 5 minutes waiting time to be seen and out within a half hour. Would recommend to others. (Tesla's quoted service would be a weeklong wait for an appointment at their service center and estimated $271.) read more

They fixed the bead, but the tire couldn't be fixed. Luckily, they found a tire in their supplies and got it on. Everything is working ferpectly (smile). My brother was leaving after a 5 day visit when he noticed one tire was flat and two others were bald. Costco told him make an appointment in a week! Soon as they could take him. I called Richmond Tire and they said come over and they would have him out within 30 minutes. I didn't believe them but he wanted to get on the road so we headed over. For an amazingly good price the guys there had him out in 25 minutes. And they gave him a price on 4 Michelins that was almost half of what Costco quoted. Now these were not brand new. They had 1000 miles on them when the owner returned the tires. After we inspected them carefully it was clear they were in excellent condition. On January 13, I went to Richmond Tire because my right tire was low. A young man asked for the tire socket , so he could remove the tire. I gave it to him. However, the tire only needed air. I gave him a tip. As soon as I drove off the parking lot, I realized he did not return the socket back to me. I returned back right away for it. The young man told me, " he gave it back to me". But, he never gave it back to me. I went back several times hoping the Shop found my tire socket They never took responsibility for loosing my socket. 100 % sure they lost it. They were able to fix on the spot but since I was forcing the car to drive with a flat, my rim ate some of my original tire and I needed a replacement. Asked what used tires they had and in under 30 minutes I was done. So far my used tire has done great (total was 70 for a used tire 205 /55 / R16. Prices vary depend on what you need/ sizing.)
