She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! We sat with four companies, and Leo sold us on the history of Rusco, quality of craftsmanship and lifetime warranty. We started the process at the start of Sept. and our door was up at the start of Nov. With the cost of the door north of $6K, I was really expecting the contractors to do a seamless job, but that is where Rusco fell short. They were VERY quick to install and during the process chipped our new railing. I understand they were working in a small space, but it couldn't have been the first time working in such a confined location. After they left, the doorframe was not what I had expected in terms of high quality work. I would think they would have enough stain to spare for the ends of the top of the frame (I brought this up to the contractors and they said they didn't have any stain left). There is also white coming through the top doorframe. I reached out to Leo and he told me to wipe it with a wet towel (which obviously already tried prior to reaching out). They assumed it was sheet rock and thought it was dust. The wet cloth did nothing...Leo called on 11/11 and asked if he and another guy could stop by, which they did on that day. The first thing they tried to do was wipe it with a wet cloth (again had already tried that) and then nothing. They were perplexed and said they'd come back the following week with stain and fix it up. It has been radio silence since this moment. Overall, we really do love our door. It is beautiful, but we could have received the same exact door from a number of other companies and we have some regrets with selecting Rusco. After paying the money we have, we should not have to chase and we feel the job should have been completed seamlessly. You live and you learn.

We have a custom window in our foyer that had wood on three sides rotting and basically disintegrating. We did not want to replace the window given how long that would take and Igor came replaced all of the wood on all sides of the window, stained it and it honestly looks exactly like it did when it was new. Not only did he do exceptional work, but is neat as a pin in cleaning up after the project was complete. We will absolutely use him again, highly recommend!

I was concerned if Igor would even come to South Shore but without hesitation said he absolutely would. We arranged a time, he inspected the windows of concern, out of the six that I was having troubles with only two needed complete replacement and the others were simple repairs. It took a few weeks for the two windows to be made, not unusual, and this past week he followed up made the appointment and finished the job. I have already referred Igor and Pro Windows to a few friends (whether they need windows or not) because he does a great job and why not share?
