    - Price gouging: I have paid $615.00 for less than two hours of electrical service for a simple…read morelight switch repair. "Installing a switch will cost a little less at $150. These are simple repairs, but since most electricians charge a minimum service call fee, it's best to combine it with other work". (https://www.homeadvisor.com/cost/electrical/hire-an-electrician/) Furthermore, I paid for all the supplies the electrician needed to complete the job from Home Depot (I do have all the receipts from Home Depot, if needed). Lastly, this is not an emergency job. This should be charged as a basic call for an electrician. - Not completing the job correctly: The job was to remove/install the 3 gauge electrical box, and properly wire a 3-way switch. The removal was successful; however, wiring and installing the 3-way switch was faulty, and did not work properly. I ended up identifying one of the wire was damaged during the electrician installation. Therefore, I had to fix the wire, and properly install the switch correctly. Purchasing new switches did not work, like was stated by the electrician via text message. All three switches did not work properly when electrician left my residence. (Please refer to text message conversation). - Service Fee SCAM: When I called to make an appointment with Electrical Services, I was told there was going to be a service fee of $75. I agreed to the service fee over the phone; however, when the technician came to my residence, I was stated the service fee will be charged NO MATTER if I didn't agree or agreed paying the $615 for the service. Even worse, I asked if I can change the service for a later date, and be deducted the fee. The technician stated, "No, if you want us to come back out again, you'll have to pay another service fee." Therefore, I was stuck paying for the service that day!
