She told me that the croissants are baked fresh every morning and that she has a cheese one every shift, so of course I went with that. It was the right choice -- flaky exterior, soft buttery interior, with a layer of cheese inside! Probably would have also tried one of their Butter Tarts which seem to be highly rated, but saw on their socials that they had sold out over the weekend. I was able to find a table to sit to wait for my order, which gave me the opportunity to actually take a look around and get a feel of the vibes. All other tables were occupied with locals, who were having conversations not only with their own group, but with others. Interior is definitely unique and retro, and it works! It looks like some of the artwork is for sale as well. When my order was ready, I confirmed that it was an Oat Latte, but it was mistakenly made with Almond Milk, but the barista immediately made a new one for me. They also have patio seating out front (and apparently in the back that I didn't know about). It was easy to find parking out front on the main street, but there is also a lot across the street. Would definitely visit again if in the area!

I heard about the afternoon happy hour deal from 2pm - 3pm which is buy one get one drink half off and thought that was the perfect excuse to come. Timothy's is definitely more expensive than Tim Hortons and Second Cup and just a little bit cheaper than Starbucks. For these kind of prices, I do expect a lot. It was pretty busy at in the later half of 2:00pm presumably because of the deal. There was a little bit of a wait to order and definitely when waiting for our drinks since there was only one cashier and one barista working at that time. I was there with a couple so we were able to try 3 different drinks. The iced caramel latte had a nice consistency and was pretty tasty. Similar to an iced cappuccino from Tim's but smoother. The caramel latte had a strong espresso taste which I liked a lot. Our third drink was the sea salt hot chocolate which was a tad sweet. We actually wound up mixing the latte and the hot chocolate together to make an impromptu mocha which was actually really nice. If you really enjoyed your coffee, you can take it home with you to have at any time if you also have a Keurig machine. There's a huge selection of K-Cups that you can mix and match. They have a deal that's 24 cups for $15.99. There were also some jars of their signature hot chocolate that would make a great gift.

I normally always end up getting a vanilla latte and its always piping hot, creamy and sweet but still has that robust coffee flavour with a heavy sprinkling of cinnamon on top. Timothys also has an impressive selection of baked goods such as loaf slices, muffins, croissants, scones, brownies, tarts, biscottis, hearty date squares, assorted cookies and my personal favourite the giant buttery toblerone shortbread cookies with a sweet dusting of powdered sugar on top. And if your feeling a little more peckish they also have breakfast sandwiches, toasted sandwiches on croissants or buns, bagels, and my other favourite the savoury spinach and feta stuffed croissants (get them warmed up).

There are lots of seating inside, and I think it's a great place to get work done. The wifi is free and was very stable. They also have a small patio to sit outside on. It was also warmer than usual, so I wish the AC was turned higher because it was very hot inside the coffee shop. I ordered the matcha latte with oat milk. It was OK. It seemed more like a milk drink than a matcha drink based on the ratio. I would definitely come back and try out their desserts though. They look very good.

Their coffee/espresso is solid here (Hatch beans!), so you know you're getting a good drink. I went for their sea salt cheese foam latte (iced), which was a perfect blend of espresso, milk, & slightly sweet, salty, creamy foam. I also appreciate how there is some seating available (high top table by the front windows, bench seating along one side of the store). It's not the best cafe if you want to work or have a long chat, but it's nice that there's the option to sit and relax instead of just taking your drink to go. I wish the prices of their speciality drinks were slightly less expensive though, because $8 for an iced drink (while delicious & pretty) is a lot to spend.
