Mark IV gives the best coffee spots in Toronto a run for their money. Everything I have had here is wonderful: the dirty chai latte is made with a complex tea base and not a syrup, and all the Indian spices shine through. The soy latte is so creamy and delectable it's hard to believe it's made with non-dairy milk. The pour over is any coffee lover's dream. Every kind of coffee drink, from the fanciful to the austere, is sourced with care and prepared with precision, skill, and taste. Even the warmed cider is terrific. The owners are kind and exceptionally courteous, the seating is accommodating, and the deck outside is a wonderful place to sit and work or chat--it's only a short walk from the municipal library. Great childhood memories of coming to this place as a convenience store now turned cool hipster pour over coffee lounge. Still with all the items in a regular convenience store cleverly camouflaged to fit the laid back lounge feel. With the soothing jazz sounds in the background shop for items like vintage vinyl and strum on an acoustic guitar relaxing on a leather couch while waiting for your caramel iced coffee. Or simply run in to grab a quick convenience store item or maybe even stop by for an evening of live music, whatever you choose, the direction this place has taken is amazing and truly one of a kind for Orillia. read more

Great coffee & the most kind owners. They make a mean Americano, and conveniently are around the corner from my house. I love that for the summer they've created a little outdoor space/ converted the garage so the door lifts to allow a nice shady spot outside. They have records & a record player going all day, the vibe is very laid back and comfortable. Worth a stop. Oh, they carry Pilot nitro cold crew too! Yum! read more

Favourite cafe in town by far!!! Awesome espresso drinks and best Americano in the region! I love getting the Dead Man Walking Americano and then just add cream. Perfection. They really do a fantastic job with coffee and relaxed cafe atmosphere!! A wonderful hidden gem in Orillia !!! read more

This is a great coffee shop / convenience store! We were surprised to find something like this in Orillia. We came after bicycling in the area and it's pretty close to the rail trails. The store is bike friendly. The Butter Coffee and Chemex Coffee were delicious. read more

Outdoor seating area was shaded and covered which for the summer was very nice! Iced coffee and caramel iced coffee were both very tasty. Inside ambience was nice and the staff was friendly :) Free wifi is always an added bonus. read more
