Some people make reservations for their favourite tables. They certainly make sure every is clean and chairs aligned. Four of us were sitting around a very small round table, so I put my camera case and bag on top of a neighbouring table (they were only 20% full). My wife told me they were staring at me. After I took it off and put them on the floor under my seat, they cleaned the table; must clean off any dirt I might have on my stuff! They have been open for 3 years. They allow photos using a phone but not a DSLR. They said they would charge $250 for me to take photos. One staff member recommended I speak to the owner. The owner was concerned that I take photos of his prices: this makes not sense since I can also do it with my phone! He finally allowed me to take photos of just the food, and he asked the staff to take it out for me onto a table! I was thankful! There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is free WiFi. Today in particular was amazing because one of their staff went above and beyond. Bekah is a total rockstar. I ordered a skinny peppermint mocha but they were out of one particular part of that drink so she came up with another formula for me, even running the number of peppermint pumps by me, to get the same flavors. As if that wasn't enough, she also checked how to spell my name! Seems like a small thing but this is genuinely the first time I've had my name spelled correctly on a coffee cup. It was super exciting for me! Wishing I lived closer to this Starbucks so I could be a regular. Will be back next time I'm in Barrie and I need a great place to find consistently great drinks and an awesome workspace with the best staff.

If you enjoy baked good I definitely recommend this place, it will not look like your typical high end bakery but it will definitely delight your taste buds.

The cafe offers feature coffee (ethically sourced!) and organic teas, along with tasty treats from local bakeries. All of their single serve items are made of compostable bamboo. The service was incredible; Victoria and Fabian are lovely, personable, and are SO knowledgeable about coffee. They are truly experts in their field, and you can immediately tell they genuinely love what they do! The oolong chai latte blew my mind; it was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy, with a rich and creamy texture. My partner also had an iced hazelnut latte, which was equally rich and delicious. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this great little spot to anyone looking for quality coffee!
