It seems like this is the only Tim Hortons around which is why it's pretty busy, so it's understandable if the service is a little slower. It was during lunch time and I finally tried their flat bread pizza. I did have to wait about 15 - 20 minutes after I ordered through the app, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't an issue for me. I got the chicken parmesan and it came out hot. The flat bread surprisingly was pretty good and had a nice crunch to it. The marinara sauce added great flavour to the pizza and the cheese melted perfectly. The slow cooked chicken was just okay, but did go well with the pizza. Service-wise, I didn't really have any issues as my interaction with them was limited. It was easy to retrieve my order as they called out my name, went to the Pick Up area and told them my name. Through my quick observation, it does seem like there are regulars that the workers knew, so the interaction seemed friendly. Overall, the flow seemed pretty smooth and they certainly are doing their best to get the line moving as quick as possible while fulfilling the correct order. Overall, the low rating doesn't justify the positive experience I had.

I also needed something light for breakfast so I asked what the difference was between Love Child and Love Baby, which the staff explained that it was just the size. I didn't see any out on display, so I asked if they had any and she said they were in the oven, but that they should be just about ready, so she would make my drink first. Luckily timing worked out and I was able to get a Love Child fresh out of the oven! This is a must-order item here!!!
