I recently worked with Arthur to purchase an Audi SQ5. He made the process feel seamless. I appreciated his patience and willingness to help me find the exact car that I was looking for and did not make me feel pressured at any time to go through with the purchase. Arthur helped streamline the process and provided valuable guidance throughout the car buying process. I will definitely be reaching out to Arthur again to purchase my next vehicle! read more

Nexus auto group has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made our leasing experience as smooth as silk, and took care of everything from A to Z. It's hard enough trying to find the car you want these days, let alone a car for a relatively normal price. Nexus auto group delivered in spades. I really would like to thank Vahe for going above and beyond for getting us a great deal on our BMW. My days of walking into the dealership are over, I will be purchasing/leasing through Nexus auto group from now on. read more

Top notch lease experience from start to finish! Ask for Arthur he is really professional and knowledgeable. They helped me lease my infiniti Q50 and also helped with the trade in process. There really is no point in buying at a dealership when Nexus is around to help! read more

Just got my second car with Nexus. I prefer leases and both times I've checked prices with BMW dealerships directly and they have flat out told me it's impossible to match the prices I've gotten from Nexus. Somehow the guys do it here. They get the most amazing deals and take care of your old lease. I didn't have to do anything, just found a car I wanted over the phone and within a few hours my car was delivered. They took my existing lease and handled everything themselves. Super responsive and reliable. I can't believe anyone still deals directly with dealerships who just try to scalp you for every dollar especially in this market! You can tell Sam and team are the brokers really on the buyers side. read more

If you need a car and want a friendly, no stress experience, Vahe and Nexus Auto Group are the ones to see. Cannot recommend more highly. We were forced to shop for a replacement vehicle when our family minivan was totaled in a accident. We took great care of our vehicle and wanted to find something of the same quality in our next. We found that Nexus had that car. Vahe greeted us and showed us a used minivan they had. It was no pressure from the beginning. His representation of the vehicle was accurate, he answered every question we had and allowed us to have the vehicle inspected by our trusted mechanic. He accommodated our schedule and made it all easy. My wife and I will return to Nexus Auto Group when we are next in the market for a vehicle. read more

Arthur is professional, respectful and an overall joy to work with during what can be a tricky process. He helped locate the EXACT car I wanted for a better deal than I was anticipating, and made the leasing process simple. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you contact them for your next car purchase... Arthur is absolutely amazing. He found me the exact car I wanted with the exact specifications at the best price. He also helped me with my previous car in order to minimize the expenses before I turn it in. Also he ordered me a special grill for my new car and had it installed which saved me a lot of money since I didn't have to get it done at the dealer. When our car leases were up, the Magnolia Moms recommend Nexus to my wife. I'm so glad they did. Instead of shlepping to all the dealerships and haggling with salesmen and managers, we had an agent (Arthur) on our side working for us, who knew not only cars but the up-to-the-minute rebates, deals and leases. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us 5 options. Arthur walked us through the whole thing, answered all our questions, was super polite, accommodating to our kids and made sure we were satisfied. We avoided so much stress, headaches, etc. Thank you! read more

This was the easier process I've ever been through for buying a car. I cannot stress how simple it was. I knew what car I wanted and the specs/packages/color/etc. I told Arthur and within 45 minutes he presented me with 3 options with pricing. I went to their office to sign paper and pick up the car. Arthur walked me through the functions of the car, helped me setup my phone and personal preferences for the infotainment system. It took about 10-15 minutes to fill out the paperwork and I was driving off the lot with my car. He even helped me file the EV rebate form so I could get my refund from the state. I've already told my friends about my experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Negotiating with car dealership is a pain. Let these guys do it. Thank you Arthur! read more

I leased a car through Nexus Auto Group this week and it was a fantastic experience, start to finish! I was referred by family members who are recurring customers and now I know why. I was looking for a german sport sedan in a manual transmission and Arthur helped me locate and lease one within a few days. It was honestly a great experience and Arthur really understood what car I wanted quickly. I highly recommend working with Nexus instead of car shopping because they will give you a great price with no dealer haggling involved. They also have access to a great deal cars and they won't 'beat around the bush.' 11/10 experience if this was a possible rating! read more

These guys are legit! Already leased three cars there. Surprisingly low prices on leases, love it! Long story short, I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Sam & picked up my new car two days later at 6:30pm after I finished my regular job. Here is the best part: I gave them back my previously leased car (just left it there), signed some new contracts real quick & drove away in a newly leased car! I mean, any questions? read more

Horrible experience. Quoted a price and a date and the only time I heard from the company is when I called to find out why the car had not been assigned for transfer. After they took $150 of my money, I was told that the priced "estimate" was to low and that none of the contractors would take the car. I was told if I was willing to increase the price, they could get it moved faster. I was not happy. I guess the price quote wasn't a quote, but a best guess of what they could get some subcontractor to move the car. After nearly two weeks I canceled the contract. To be fair, I got the refund process very quickly, but I still had to call in and send an email and insist they take me off the "board" so that I could go to another company. I found another company who came in at a lower price and had someone to take the car within 2 hours of my initial contact with the company. The car will be pickup within the next 24 hours. My advice, don't use this company unless you want to pay a premium. read more

Picked up a 2020 BMW M340i -- Overall awesome experience. Arthur took the extra time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted (I'm a bit picky) no matter how much searching it took. He explained everything well and seemed very knowledgeable about the BMW and cars in general. Got me a great deal on an amazing vehicle with all the options I wanted. No dealer was able to match or even come close really. I will definitely use Arthur/Nexus in the future. Thanks, guys. read more

Licensed in CA. Ok Ok....this was by far the easiest and fastest car transaction I've had, ever! Because of business and family needs, I've purchased or leased over 25 cars in the last 10 years, easily. Not a huge number, but enough to understand that the process sucks a$$! That is not the case here....this place is excellent! NEXUS AUTO and VAHE know exactly what they are doing: How to take care of their customers! No hassle, No long drawn out process, no 5 tier management auto dealer system for haggling. Total time spent with Vahe was about an hour, max. In and out with a brand new car. Basically, you walk in, tell Vahe what you want, they look for it, then they show you your price.....then you sign their contract because you know its a great price (since you already did your base research), then the car shows up ready to go. The service, price, and process is A+++ Honest, Great Service, Great Value. I'm usually an easy car buyer: I know what I want and know what I want to spend, it's just a matter of having someone give me the car and deal I want. Nexus and Vahe will get it for you without the terrible process of needing to haggle and negotiate. We will be back for sure and I highly recommend Nexus - ALL DAY. Thank you Vahe!!!! read more

Excellent service. Fast, Reliable, all my needs were met even during this pandemic time.

I just picked up my fabulous Subaru Cross trek Sport yesterday. I absolutely love the car !!! Thank you Arthur for making this such a speedy and painless process. I know there's a great shortage of inventory at the moment, due to the trickle down effects of Covid and now the shortage of computer chips. At the same time, Arthur, by some miracle, managed to secure a car from me in a couple of days. He is so easy to deal with . He's professional, very customer oriented and well, just an all around good, honest business man. I thank you very much Arthur. Then we had the pleasure of meeting the Boss .. Vahe. He actually went the extra mile for us and took the time to patiently explain every tiny feature of the car and it's function. He could not have been nicer !!! I would highly recommend this Auto group to anyone buying a car! They are simply the very best in the industry! I will be sending friends and family their way, when the time comes. Thank you very much! Sincerely Mary. read more

I'm a first time car buyer. I wanted the full experience of speaking with dealers so I spoke to a few before coming here. I wanted the 2018 Honda Accord and not one dealer was willing to give me the monthly I knew they were capable of giving. I was about to settle for a very high monthly and a ridiculous down payment until a friend told me how Nexus helped him get the best possible rate for his 2018 Camry. I gave Arthur at Nexus a call and by 8pm that same night I was driving my Honda Accord at a rate I had given up on. The quote that Arthur gave me on our phone call was exactly what my contract ended up being. Arthur made sure I was 100% clear on every initial and signature - he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident before I left the lot. I will probably never go anywhere else. read more
