Time and time again, Vahe has delivered nothing but the best deals for me and my family. He's so amazing at what he does that even when I'm living in a different state now, I refuse to lease a new car through anyone else and literally am flying down to LA and driving my new car back! I love the customer service and attention to detail he gives and the process is so much easier with him handling all the complicated details. I can't recommend Nexus enough! read more

I just leased a car from Nexus Auto Group, and I am extremely satisfied. This is actually my first time leasing a vehicle so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Arthur was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The first day I met with him, he was so patient and answered all of my questions as I wasn't exactly sure what car I wanted. I ended the night stuck between two cars and he was still very nice about it and told me to let him know whenever I make my decision. I made up my mind that night and ended up getting the car the next day. He really worked hard and did everything he could to get me the car as soon as possible. read more

They're money thirsty and weren't any help with my inquiry. I simply tried to see what cars they had and they wouldn't even help me with that. No information on website except "call us today". Call about what? There's no info to call about. read more

Nexus Auto Group, especially Arthur A. You deserve 10 stars!! I have been using Nexus Auto Group for about 6 years now, my direct contact is Arthur A. He's not only very knowledgeable in what he does, but he's also a very caring, kind and trustworthy salesperson. He makes the dreading care buying process a breeze with a zero time for us to spend dealing with car dealers. He gets the care you want with the payment you want, all you have to do is to show up pay and sign paperwork and voila!! you have your brand new car. I referred many friends & family members to this group, they leased/purchased cars from them and everyone has been happy with their services. Thank you Arthur, you made it so much easier for me! read more

So, this is how you lease a car: shop around. Test drive. See what kind of deals people are offering. Then call Arthur at Nexus. Tell him what car you want and what you want to pay. He finds you a deal. For free, he throws in all of the add-on stuff like floor mats and sun roofs, etc. Then you drive off happy. I will be using these guys for every lease from now on. This was so easy and fast it was ridiculous. Wow. Just wow. read more

This review is for Sam's outstanding customer service. I was extremely hopeless the situation I was in and I needed a expert to guide me in the most honest and correct path in making my decision and as a results Sam was the individual. He was honest, patient, and fast. He explained all my options, answered all my questions, reduced my anxiety, and delivered my car in one day!!!!!!! I will never go directly to the car dealer ever again!!!!!!! Also, my family has bought 2 cars from him in the past and they were satisfied. read more

We recently worked with Sam at Nexus to lease a new car. He was the most unprofessional broker I have ever worked with. I have been leasing cars for the past 6 years and never have I had such a disappointing and frustrating experience. Sam did not make an effort to meet my needs and work with me on options that best fit my budget. Every time I would call him to find out the status on a car, he was always too "busy" and would tell me he would call me back but never would. I will never go to this leasing company ever again or work with Sam. He should find another career choice because he doesn't seem like he enjoys his job or is driven to help people in need of a new car . PS. I went to another leasing company and got a way better deal and amazing service. read more

BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD I was referred to Nexus Auto Group by a friend. Since their location is close to my work, I decided to stop by and check them out. My current lease is coming to an end and needed to start looking for another car to lease or buy. I walked in, and was professionally greeted by Arthur. We chatted about my situation, and he immediately understood what I am looking for. He gave me advise on different cars, their monthly specials, and checked prices on different car models that I am interested in. I wrote down all the information I collected, and left their office. Later on that night, I checked the manufacturer Websites for pricing and any advertised specials. I was pleasantly surprised that the lease prices Arthur quoted me was much better than the manufacturer's advertised prices. I took a few days to firm up which car model I wanted to lease, emailed Arthur with the information, including my desired colors. He found the car I needed within minutes, emailed me the credit application, which I completed and returned via email. Even though it was late in the day to deliver the car, he was able to get it to their office within 2 hours. I stopped by the office (in Burbank), Arthur had already inspected the car and had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in no time. No high pressure sales tactics and no need to spend hours at the car dealerships. I highly recommend you give Nexus Auto Group a chance when you are shopping for your next car to buy or lease. I was very impressed by their service, and quick turn around. read more

This is my second car buying experience from Nexus Auto group. I didn't' have a good experience last time, but I gave it the benefit of doubt and tried it again! I was referred to Nexus Auto Group by one of my clients. I looked it up on Yelp but had not believed in them until I called and spoke with Arthur. He was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions precisely. We went through the numbers then and he prepared all the paperwork prior to our meeting. Next day, the car was ready for pick up and it only took 10 minutes to sign. He also arranged the termination of our previous lease contract and we didn't have to go to the dealer where we got the older car in the first place. Thank you Arthur and Nexus Auto Group team and I will definitely send more customers your way and see you again to utilize this hassle-free service to lease a car. read more

Whats the point of leaving a review for these guys. 122 reviews and all 5 stars. It took me about 15 minutes to do the whole check out procedure....the whole thing. They do all the heavy lifting for you. Vahe (the representative I always use) is a 5 star kind of guy who leaves NO detail to chance. This is my 4th car leased through them and I wouldn't do it any other way. They do ALL the work and you do nothing....except sign your name on the X's. They do all the research about what cars are selling at the best deals....Too good to be true. read more

Great team and they got me a really great deal on new Toyota Corolla. Would defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family.

This week I picked up my new leased 2015 C300 Mercedes. This is my second time working with Arthur, and this time he outdid himself! The car is beautiful, and I know for a fact that I received the best deal available, as not even the dealership could beat his offer! They tried!! They failed! LOL!! What I greatly appreciate about Arthur is his outstanding customer service. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, nice and...did I mention patient? I ask A LOT of questions and he is always pleasant and wiling to answer. Back in February of 2013 I saw a Nexus advertisement on Craigslist (I think) and I called. The ONLY thing I was asked to do was to go test drive the three cars I was interested in. I did. He then gave me quotes on all three cars and I chose the one best suited for me. The process took three days! (It was the weekend) Outside of test driving and filling out a credit application, I sat on my couch watching TV (Cause I didn't have a car!) while waiting for confirmation of purchase. Arthur was nice enough to drive from Burbank to collect me (remember, I didn't have a car!) and take me to the office to sign the paperwork. After about 30 minutes in the office I drove off in my new 2013 C250! This year I was contemplating purchasing one of two vehicles. Arthur explained all of the pros and cons of each car and offered his advice. I took it and I am so happy that I did. Once again, the process was quick! I called him on Friday night to start the process and I picked up my car Monday afternoon. No haggling, no pushy salesmen, no sitting in a dealership all day being handled, and no stress. I will NEVER even attempt to purchase a car at a dealership again! Arthur works miracles!! I am greatly enjoying my C300 and I look forward to doing business with Nexus again in the future! Thank you Arthur!! read more

I leased a 2015 Toyota Prius, package 2, from Nexus Auto Group today. They made the process of selling my old car, or trading it in, and leasing the new car, easy as pie. A friend recommended this place and I was more than pleased with the customer service offered. I highly recommend going through NAG vs dealing with the dealership. It was a fast and simple process. Arthur was great. He answered questions I had, and was quite pleasant to do business with. I spoke to Arthur on Thursday evening, and by noon today (Sat), just 2 days later, I drove off with the new car! The lease came with a 2 year/25,000 mile warranty, and it was financed through Toyota, if you're wondering. I bumped into an old co-worker as I walked in the NAG office today, and she said that she and her husband have bought several cars from NAG over the years. She and her husband were there picking up their new truck! Again, I highly recommend Nexus Auto Group! read more
