I took our daughter to do some shopping and while in the store another customer came in hoping to have their shoes purchased. The gal at the counter told her they couldn't purchase them due to the condition. However when the customer left, the gal behind the counter made a phone call on her cell phone and very evidently to a friend. She began to complain about the customer that had just been in. She didn't seem too worried about what any other current customer in their store would think because she wasn't quiet about it. Next time, take a break and vent in private or wait until home. Not only does this place employ high schoolers but clearly the business owner is a 16 year old catty person themself. Allow me to explain: I came in today to try and sell some items. Upon walking in, two gals were working. A curly haired blonde and a girl with brunette and blonde highlights. The brunette was NOT wearing a mask and took her time putting one on. I decided to look past this. I have had horrible experiences here in the past and over TWO years ago I left a review. I will say that it takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. But when I do, I usually receive a response (especially if it's a small business) asking me for more details, apologizing, etc. I never received that from your business. When I went to pick up my items today, I was told that because I left a poor review, I didn't "support" them and they'd be denying me service. I was appalled. My review was left years ago and clearly I made the conscious decision to try and see if things were better. They weren't. As I let the young lady know as I was leaving, I will most definitely never recommend you to anyone. Especially now with a big chain like Plato's right across the street. I'd recommend listening to customers feedback and determining how to better train employees (my past review mentioned rude behavior and denial of items due to "wear" even with tags still on them) instead of black listing people whose opinions you don't like. This place is simply amazing for second hand clothes! The owner is super nice and totally on top of it. The store is super clean and extremely organized. I MEAN SUPER ORGANIZED! Her clothes are in perfect condition, so if you think you are going to bring in gross clothes and think she is going to take them you better think twice. Her prices for the clothes she wants to buy from you is fair and the prices she sells the clothes is extremely awesome. I can always find a cute outfit in there. I experienced her competitor across the street once and was completely blown away how disgusting the place was, the clothes were dirty, and you couldn't even shop cause the clothes were completely disorganized! read more

The Owner was amazingly helpful and super sweet! Great selection and huge inventory! I highly recommend this store. They even have beauty products half the price of Ulta. This is a great place to shop for feminine entrenched teens or young adults perhaps. If you have eclectic tastes, tend to dress more androgynous or even just like to wear generic tees and jeans, there isn't much to see here. The prices are ok overall with some on the high side. The employees can hover a bit. I tried to bring my teen here a couple of times to shop but we struck out every time as she's just not girly girl and that's what the clothing here is geared towards. read more

My new favorite resale store! She was able to take a handful of things for $20 in store credit which paid for all four of the items I had picked out while shopping around. The store has an awesome selection, great prices on things (brand new tank top for $2 and jeans for $6) I have always had such a negative experience at Plato's or buffalo exchange because they take nothing, offer very little money, and then resell prices are wayyyy too high. Nextt doesn't offer a whole lot for your clothes but stuff gets resold really cheap so it's worth it!! The store was very clean and organized which is always a plus! read more

I love this place. They always give fair and complete pricing when I go to trade or sell in here. The manager is a gem and the girls are very helpful when it comes to trying on and finding style and sizing on items. The variety here is amazing for everyone. I am a small petite woman who has a hard time finding clothes that fit. I can easily find everything in here no problem and at a fraction of the cost of some brands I love! read more

Supports thieves and isn't ashamed to explain it. ... A so called friend of my husband's recently came into my home while I was not there & stole several items from me. Someone saw him do it & a cc ouple days later took me to Next because they had went with the thief & witnessed him selling some of my belongings to the owner. When I asked her if she remembered the guy or any if my clothes she said she is not allowed to discuss her customers with other customers & that sellers sign some form when selling her stuff agreeing that she won't talk about what she buys from them etc. Isn't that lovely? Thieves can take thier stolen goods to this woman who will buy them for pennies on the dollar than not help the victim or police when they come searching for their belongings or proof that may bring the crook to justice? I will never shop here again not sell anything here. They are greedy. Offered$7 for 2 pair of brand new high heels, 2 purses & some thing high socks also brand new. read more

I came into Nextt today and when I walked in both employees were not wearing masks or social distancing, they were side by side not the 6 foot which is stated on their door outside. Another customer also came in behind us without a mask and that's when I asked them if masks are required and one of them responded saying "yes and no, its under your discretion" which may be true to their independently owned store, but if I'm right OSHA laws state everyone in Oregon has to follow their laws, they could be shut down for these reasons and quite frankly I hope they are. They were not helpful at all, we weren't greeted when entering the store just sitting on their phones. I hope you get this under control. read more

I was excited to check this place out but I will definitely not be back. I brought my things in early and I was the only one in the store. The girl told me it would take about 20 minutes so I decided to shop around. About a minute later they called my name and told me they wouldn't be taking anything due to wear. I found this humorous because I myself am a buyer at a resale shop and I know what worn items look like. I then took the same basket of clothing to Plato's in Clackamas and go $55!! Also, I was very unhappy with the way they handled my items. I don't expect them to be neatly folded, but I do think they could be more mindful when going through clothes (especially when they are not busy whatsoever). Don't waste your time going here. read more

Super sweet ladies, got to chatting with them and their a family owned business, been open and selling for a few months now, took clothes in and got a fair amount that I was happy with, their clothes are also sold for a very reasonable price and I will be back. read more

This place is what Gresham area needed we came and brought in about 8 bags of gently used clothing they are such a warm family and very friendly. They really take the time to go over each product to make sure you are getting a good deal. They have great prices and my boyfriend and I will be back again read more

I have to disagree with "Jana O." this place isn't warm or friendly. Far too selective for a new, used and reused clothing store. Should be treating customers with more respect. read more
