My style is more eclectic and I rarely find anything here but stop in once in awhile always hoping. It's my mistake for not making sure I had their names, but they definitely deserve high praise for their heartfelt customer service. I've been there a few times before and very happy!! With 1 insurance and them in network but not "preferred", the Versace glasses with all the bells and whistles, that are included at no extra charge, cost me $147. And they were so helpful. VSP insurance owns Visionworks so they give you more of a frame allowance but charge extra for everything else. Do yourself a favor and shop around!!! Costco is the best place I've found for glasses!!!

i recently had an order delivered from them. i have had several deliveries in the past, but this…read moreone was no good. all other deliveries have been taken inside the door. this driver refused, saying we're not allowed to do that, funny ALL the other drivers could. he left my groceries on the side walk in the summer heat, i had to pay a neighbor to bring them in. both me and the wife are disabled seniors, so this was very inconvenient. i called the store, and talked to someone who identified himself as the manager. he was sympathetic, but offered no solutions. i couldn't even request a different driver, very poor customer service!

They take the clothes like they're ring out a wet sheet and then wrap it around their hand and stuff it in the bag. Also has anyone else noticed that all the clothes are wrinkled that are hanging up? They snuck that one by us pretty quick didn't they? When everyone started buying clothes online with these folds increases in them it became more acceptable. But do you realize how much work we actually have to do once we get the garments home to get them to look halfway decent!?

The bins are not well maintained or organized: they are filled with a lot of discarded packaging, loose items that were once part of bundles (and thus not worth even their piddling asking price), and bits and bobs of unidentifiable purpose.
