First time trying this place and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This dry cleaners completely ruined my jersey. Not only did I have to come back a different day because they didn't clean it correctly the first time, but they ruined the entire jersey and did nothing to fix the issue. The worker I spoke to was very insensitive to the matter and did not offer any solutions or compensation. The worker shifted responsibility rather than addressing the issue. When being told to speak with a manager, they hang up and ignore your call. For future customers thinking of trying this place out, DON'T. Horrible service. P.s. I took a pair of white jeans to have iron on patches sewn securely to the white jeans. This location not only did not do it nor have the ability due to the iron glue, the employee mentioned. However this item had been there since July 30th and I did not get notified at any point that this was not able to be done. I pick it up yesterday and nothing done. Unfortunately my experience at this place was not good, I wanted to share what happened so people know what to expect. Most of my shirts came back with stains on them and not clean, and when I asked the guy what is this his answer was you are "too picky ". I told him I don't think anyone would like to have his shirts like this, he said I already have a lot of customers!!!! Suggested unreasonable and unwarranted services to upsell. I've been bringing in my suits and jackets here several times a month and my experience has been positive. There may have been a few issues, but each one was resolved to my satisfaction. Things happen and it's appreciated when I bring it up and offer the store a chance to make it right. I feel bad for Nextday Cleaners. I just started yelping and have been churning out reviews left and right. So this Saturday as I was doing some errands and I decided to check into my usuals. While I was in line (normally for only like 2 minutes or what not) I thought to myself, "Hey... why don't I write a review for the dry cleaners that I go to on a bi-weekly basis. I really like them." To my surprise, my favorite cleaners happen to have the lowest ratings. It was as if more than 50% of the reviewers left 1 star ratings. I'm guessing people are more likely to post about their horrible times then their happy times. Whatever.... Anyways... Nextday Cleaners are an affordable dry cleaning facility. I take my work clothes here every two weeks for almost 2 years. From my experience my clothes always had the freshly cleaned and new item like appearance. The shirts that I did get back which didn't have a new like appearance had explainable reasons. The staff at Nextday are dry cleaners and not miracle workers. They can't exactly remove a coffee stain on a white shirt that has been sitting in the corner of your closet for who knows how long. Make sure to presoak stains on your clothes if you know it'll be awhile before its cleaned. Once major stains set it... only God can save it then. Overall, I'm happy with the service I receive here. My dress shirts and pants always come back looking like new and they don't appear to be fading after consecutive washes. Regular dress clothes have a good price. It's somewhere around $3 a shirt and $5 for pants. Leather clothing on the other hand is expensive but I don't really know the running rate on that. As far as parking goes. There is plenty, but make sure to come before lunch after lunch and before dinner . Otherwise you'll spend more time trying to find parking then picking up your clothes. read more

I have been coming to this establishment for almost 3 years now. I come in every 1 to 2 weeks and have nothing but amazing things to say about this business. The owners are very sweet and professional .... they clean shirts for a great price and in my opinion do a wonderful job at removing stains. I took 2 evening gowns/formal dresses to this business to have pressed and dry cleaned. I have used this business on numerous occasions. These dresses were to be worn to the Emmys . When I went to pick up the dresses a few days later the dresses were not touched. The manager said that there were spots on the dresses that I needed to clean first (ie drinks splashes.) My name and phone number where on the receipt, why couldn't this matter be resolved with a phone call. I also didn't think you needed to clean something prior to taking to the dry cleaners. Pros: Very fast and friendly service Cons: Every shirt I took in came back with very sharp wrinkles from being pressed improperly. The lack of attention to detail is amazing. We were going to this cleaners for over 2 years they did a fair job on the clothes but we took a banana republic silk sweater and when we got it back there were 2 giant burns and runs and tears and it was only worn 1 time for a few hours well we went back to the cleaners and they said that they didn't do it and they won't pay for the shirt and they'll charge me to sew it but it would look like shit if they sewed it so these ppl running this shop are idiots I mean we take things to the cleaners so they won't get messed up I don't know y everyone likes this cleaners read more

Appears the items are just being ironed and returned. Same small stains still present, creases in pants from sitting are still visible, white sweaters or sweaters with white are looking dingy and old. The point of dry cleaning the sweaters was to keep them new and pill-free. No point in talking to the cleaners about the work, it's too obvious to point out. Will start going elsewhere. read more

I recently went here to get a dress cleaned. I am fairly new to the area and don't have a set dry cleaner. I have tried a few places that seem a little too corporate for me. I went into one dry cleaners who told me they couldn't give me an estimate on how much my dress would cost to clean. Seriously? Okay never mind that place. I ended up trying Next day and was quoted a price without hesitation, $9 for a lined dress. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and the women apologetically said it would be ready until Thursday. Thursday?!? That's totally fine! Needless to say I wasn't in a rush to pick up the dress to went days later, and I was helped promptly and my dress was ready to go. During the time my dress was at the cleaners I found a coupon, and brought it when I picked up my dress and was a little concerned that they may not take the coupon because some places make you present the coupon before hand. No worries here, the worker took it without hesitation! I was totally pleased and will be bringing more item here soon. The down side, is they are closed on Sundays and dont have super extended hours, hence the 4 stars. read more
