Push you for unnecessary repairs. Scammers. I went to 3 smog places and all 3 contradicted another. One says this certain test passed and next says that same test fails... which is it. Went there to get my timing chain tensioner and oil pump replaced,told me it would be almost 4,000 dollars and I am a mechanic and know it's not that much for labor and the price they gave me on parts was extremely high and up charged almost 700 dollar.Be careful of this place because there not honest. read more

gave me a visual fail. my van passed the very rigorous federal and states emissions check but they failed me on a visual inspection. Visual fail is at the discretion of the operator. These operators are out to f you into purchasing UNNECESSARY services. Saying that some numbers which are supposed to be on the catalyc converter were not identifable. the young man could not see or identify the numbers so even though my van passed the rigorous star emissions portion he failed me on the visual. This is a joke. I am not going to pay hundreds of dollars to have this shop install a new converter when the complex and expensive government equipment says good to go. Shame I can not Express myself with the words I really want to use. : -(........ It's not comical visually failing a vehicle which just passed a very rigorous government machine test. Visually failing a 1998 town and country is the worst experience you can provide to a client. The absolute worst. Your clients are blue collar we dont have the money to pay you to replace a perfectly working part. Called for a smog price, owner answered & let me know they had no current wait time & if I went in today he would charge $38.25. I got there a right away & 10 minutes later I was on my way with my passed smog certificate. They were fast & friendly, definitely going to recommend them to all my family. I do not recommend bringing your car here. They gave me the run around and in the end did nothing to my car so I ended up just taking my car. I came for a simple smog check and they were pushing me to sign off on repairs that weren't even emission related. read more

BEWARE, they are scammers, they assured me that my parts were going to pass for visual then made up a story about how a part was missing but the part was there. And then come to find out I failed because the part they agreed would pass all of a sudden did not, even though it is a CARB registered part. read more

There where fast and friendly. The only reason I give them 4/5 is because they could work on there customer service skills. I just walked in the door and the son just asked for my keys.
