If all they did was change the oil I would have given more stars. However... When one tech says there is water in the break fluid (and I just changed it) and that the coolant was low; both needing to be fixed for a cost one has to wonder. When the tech who cashes me out tells me that my break fluid looks great and the coolant level is good, well, there is only one question to answer... which employee was lying to me? I got lucky today, I was the only customer when I arrived. All I needed was a tail light replacement. Fortunately they had it in stock. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. The staff is always so polite and attentive. They provide so many services besides oil changes. If there aren't many customers in front of you they have you in & out! Overall super fast service for an oil change. Employees were friendly enough. Jiffy lube is usually super fast. After my oil change I drove down to a car wash with another oil change spot that had at least 10 cars waiting. It does feel like jiffy lube is probably on the higher end of the cost spectrum compared to other oil changes, I paid 130 for a 6 qt synthetic oil change. read more

Andres is super helpful. Everyone here is, but Andres went to extra steps for me, to explain what's going on and even took pics to help me understand and explain to my father. He also recommended a place for me to go for my gasket repair, and when i came back to be sure my car wasn't leaking oil, a few days after my change.. they double checked to be sure it was from my transmission afterall. They back up their work and they didn't charge me for the double check /extra explanation. I also found out they change brakes, spark plugs, wipers, and all that here. Ok, this is my first time coming here. Just moved here and I've used Jiffy Lube before. These guys were awesome. Very quick, thorough, and friendly. Waiting room is clean. So is the bathroom. (see photos of both) They don't make you feel uncomfortable when ask questions or for anything to be done. They explained everything they did before doing it and went over costs. Came in for a standard oil change. I guess those are $120 now? Inflation is crazy, or maybe it's greed, who knows. Either way, I was happy to have a little relief with the 20% off Yelp check in offer, they wouldn't honor that. The gentleman that helped me was really nice though and I was in and out in about 30 minutes so that was nice. They even showed me my oil before I drove away to prove they changed it. The manager Andreas was helping me out today with a vehicle inspection and oil change. I'm a retired automotive mechanic so it's not my first rodeo. Andreas was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get my oil and filter changed very quickly and he noticed that I needed a new cabin air filter plus wiper blades. I agreed and both items were available and installed correctly. I'm going back to this Jiffy Lube with another one of my vehicles based on my experience today. I came here because Toyota was going to charge me $300 for this 50,000 mile oil change. This place says 89. Coming from Nevada paying around $60 I didn't expect 300 or even 89. After talking to the lady at the register here in California there's disposal fees and all kinds of fees. The price really would've been around $115. She advised me to do a check in and get 10% off which I did but because they asked the manager for an additional discount they gave it to me. Like I was saying I just moved here and I was expecting it to be around 60. Now that I know it will cost in the future I will be more prepared. But this place was really fast I think only waited 15 minutes. All of my engine lights turned off back to normal so that's a good thing! I will definitely be back! Thank you! read more

I went to get an oil change the package that's 50$ and as they were changing my air intake filter they broke the air intake tube. Soon after they come to me saying they noticed it was broken that the heat must have caused it and they can fix it for 40$. At first I took Just the day before my boyfriend checked under the hood to check the coolant etc because we went on a 3 hr drive and there was no problems as my cars engine was in good condition and is always up-kept. I'm just upset that I couldn't be more observant while they were working because I had my kids with me. I contacted corporate but it's been 48 hrs and haven't heard from this franchise. The fact that they tried to pass this off as a problem that happened before I got there shows they aren't honest or have integrity. Either don't go here or just be very observant I now have to pay 322 for their mistake which could've gone to better things to help my family. Update: they ended up admitting to the damage but not paying for the full price of the damage. Don't know how they're still running the fact that they damage vehicles and lie about it. read more
