What's the point of eating plant based food if it is over-processed? I lead a plant based lifestyle and had an allergic reaction because my body does not recognize this as food...on top of that their food is overpriced. Don't buy their drinks, you can get the same at WF or Trader's and save couple of bucks. Better yet, learn to prepare your own meals instead of paying someone to poison your body... read more

I ate here twice , the first time I was with others. we really had trouble doing the computer ordering that was featured, that part gets a zero. Once I got my meal it was delicious I had some fresh avocados sliced just right over a Mexican Grill type dish. The person with me was disappointed it took a long time and it wasn't exactly what she wanted. I ate here again by myself the next night and was not disappointed , it was so good I took a picture of it read more

Veggie Grill is a great restaurant and I love many of their offerings.. Their buffalo chick'n choices are my fav. Buuuuut, their holiday sandwich is a huuuuuge disappointment. It looks like the holiday sandwich you got from Wish. About half the middle ingredients than their advertisement. It is lacking in flavor. It needs about 2x as much of the vegan turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. It should be a messy, gooey sandwich. Instead its dry and lacking any flavor.. Wish I had taken a photo before biting into it. read more

Been coming to Veggie Grill for a long time, and was so stoked they finally opened one sort of in my neighborhood. Pretty much always get the same thing. The beyond burger is delicious! The service at this particular branch is impeccable. However the mac & cheese was water and pasta. It was disgusting. Embarrassing. Not cheesy. Not even salty. Just water and noodles. We live in a day and age where mac & cheese can be so many things other than bland and boring and Disgusting. Do better veggie grill, do better. Honestly the photo makes it look better than it every was. Trust me...it was like plain noodles just served in the water they were boiled in. read more

Outstanding vegan chain restaurant and am grateful! I do wish for other bowls that are more raw veggie oriented but the food is generally healthy and really good. Thank you! read more

My office was excited to try this restaurant as for two people in my office are vegan. We called in the order for a pick up they took the order and then hung up on us when we try to give our name. When I went to pick up the order they didn't prepare it And I had to re-order it in person and wait for the food. Very unorganized and will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

The food here is definitely for noon vegans and vegans alike. A great veggie restaurant with good food and friendly service. Precious was very friendly and helpful explaining a few menu items. The Buffalo 'chicken' sandwich was very good and the nachos are a great share. read more

This place never disappoints. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but this place sure lasts the test! I had it delivered so my boyfriend could try them for the first time. He said it was tasty too. Can't really tell the deference between this and real meat. I just wouldn't recommend the vegan Mac and cheese if you're used to dairy. read more

Love veggie grill. Wouldn't recommend to get anything delivered. Quality of food not up to par once it reaches your house. Vegetables and fake meat don't hold steam I guess lol. But the Buffalo anything is my fave. The wings, the salad, the sandwich. Delicious. read more

I love veggie grill in general. However, this specific location got on my nerves. I was looking at the menu deciding whether i should get a salad or a bowl. I asked the employee why she would recommend and she said the taco salad. Therefore, I got the taco salad. I ordered it while pointing at it on the menu and holding eye contact to make sure she got that. I added avocado and the crispy chikn' they offer. It all came to $16 which is pretty good. Afterwards, I payed with ApplePay. I was waiting for my order and since I was in a hurry I forgot to check it. As I got to my destination, I got a cesar salad. Nothing on it. Just lettuce, croutons and a few crispy chicken bites. No other veggies, no lentils, no avocado from what I had actually ordered. ALMOST $20 FOR JUST ICEBERG LETTUCE. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I wasn't able to get a refund however they offered store credit. Very irritating, never coming to this location again. read more

I've been coming here since it opened and its history has been up and down. When it first opened, it was great. Food and service were wonderful. Then there seemed to be a management change, as the portions got much smaller. I wrote a Yelp review about it and received a lovely note from Corporate that they were going to discuss this with the store. The management changed in the store and the portions and service went back to the original great experience. However, they seemed to have gone through another management change, as it is once again not good with regard to either portions or service. I went a week ago and ordered a side of french fries with my meal. The fries came out in a tiny bowl, no more than four ounces, and had about fifteen fries in it. I went again today. There were two of us, one ordered the Protein Caesar Salad and the other a Chicken Caesar wrap along with a side of french fries. The portion was even smaller today, with about 12 fries. A server brought the salad and fries and said the rest of the order would be right out. After waiting for seven minutes, my friend went up to the counter to find out where his wrap was. He told the guy at the counter that the point of going out to eat with someone was to eat together, not have one served and make the other wait for his full meal. The guy was very dismissive, replying merely "Sorry , I do what my manager tells me." Absolutely rude and ridiculous. With Tocaya Vegetable right across the street and Something Vegan down the street, I see no need to come here again while it is still under the same non-caring management. read more

First time trying veggie grill (Burbank location), I really wanted to like this place but the food presentation was poor. The texture was soggy and the flavor was perhaps the worst veggie sandwich I've had. Won't be back and don't recommend. read more

Ordered via Uber so cant speak on service or ambiance. The food was amazing to me! I am not a vegetarian, the wife is, but I went ahead and ordered the buffalo chick'n burger with mac n cheese side, the nachos, and the bai buns. The mac was ok, nothing that really stood out. Same goes for the bao, good, refreshing. The nachos and the buffalo chick'n burger was amazing though! Even from someone that doesn't like plant based proteins, this really shocked me! The burger I could tell had different texture, but the taste was still great, maybe I just need to hide plant based with good sauce. The nachos rivaled even regular nachos. They were so good! read more

I never thought I would write a yelp review for veggie grill- I'm not a huge chain restaurant type of person but felt the need to to tell everyone to GET THE DELI SUB. It is SO good. I like veggie grill, but this visit was not good. First of no spout in the water and I got wet all over. Dining room was to freaking cold. Sitting outside would be colder not heater. Parking sucks too. The buffalo wings was too soggy and the celery was warm. My bulgolgi was too salty. The cauliflower was spicy and smelled spoiled. The music was too loud. Bose speakers should not sound like this. I hope they fix this. read more

I used to frequent this location and never had issues until my last pick up order. I just had a question to ask about redeeming rewards, and was so rudely ignored by the ladies working the register. They were yelling at me for name, and once I did, I noticed they were training someone new. I've been through that before, and had no problem waiting and wasn't trying to rush them. I was attempting to make small talk, when they interrupted me to chuck my order in my face so I would get out of the way, and they just screamed for the next customer in line, as if it was a soup kitchen. I won't be back! Because clearly it was too busy for them to retain their decency. read more

I do like the veggie grill but wish they would put a little more food in their orders! I like their potatoes but they come in a little container with 1 little scoop in there. You almost need 2 to taste them. Bigger serving portions would be a plus. But I do think the food is tasty, I just won't go when I am really hungry. read more

I just got food here for the first time last night (delivered via Postmates) and it was completely delicious! Highly recommend! read more

I am vegan and i like trying the vegan foods in my city. It's so interesting seeing everyone's different takes on classics. I didn't know what I would enjoy here and saw that they offered a beyond steak ban mi, tacos, and a Nashville hot chicken sliders. You can get a salad or a harvest bowl anywhere or even a veggie burger isn't particularly interesting. I didn't know what to choose between these three option that I listed and wanted an array to try from so that at least if i picked one thing that sucked at least there would be one thing that I liked. I was ready to order the steak bahn mi bc it seemed hard to fail at and then I asked if it was possible to order one slider. To me if you can order one taco why would T you be able to order one slider and it wasn't the only thing I was planning on ordering my bill came out to almost $40 i just didn't want to have to order a whole order of sliders to go along with my bahn min sandwich and my one taco. My complaint is that they wouldn't offer just one slider. I received my sand which and taco and Belgian chocolate cake and root beer and honestly the only thing i liked was the cake and the root beer. I don't feel like I'm asking that much to have one slider especially when I'm on the hook for at least $30 whether i like the food or not. This place does not offer for a positive experience when it comes to trying the food in their menu. I will not be back if feels like such a waste of money. read more

I'm so glad they finally opened a Veggie Grill in Burbank! Love this spot for a quick takeout or a lunch break. I received the worst fries of my life tonight. Like they weren't even kept in a warmer of any sort. Not a hint of warmth to be found. Not enough ketchup in the world to drown out the sorrow of cold ass fries. Way too expensive I be old AF. The kid was friendly, but could really look me in the eyes and tell me to have a good night knowing he was sending me off with that. Lol. I went in the minute it said ready on the app. I will say that I also got the thanksgiving sandwich and I enjoyed that it was at least warm. There wasn't much to taste besides the turkey and maybe the stuffing, but it was warm. read more

A true embarrassment to the Veggie Grill franchise. This place was a complete disappointment. Tonkatsu Chikin Ramen came cold, undercooked and the broth came separately???? We asked them and they said that it's how it comes, while someone sitting right next to us is having the exact same thing but it comes together in one bowl. Comparing the quantity of chicken with another location, it's ridiculously less. I don't recommend! read more

I am veggie grill fan. I used to eat at Pasadena location or el segundo location. I recently stopped by the one at Burbank. First , the owner should talk to the girl who works there driving a car with cartoons figures on her window . She parked super close to me, almost hit my door when she got out. I just watched my door. I didn't say anything. She was super rude saying " relax, I see you" . I still didn't say anything but I am really sure her behavior ruined the way I see VG. read more

I have loved Veggie Grill for years but it has gone WAY down hill recently. I always go with the Buffalo cauliflower and Quinoa and Kale salad with tempeh and both were soooo bad. Cauliflower seemed like it is frozen and lightly reheated. They were overly breaded and doughy, not crispy. The salad had sooo much dressing it was so soggy. Tempeh was hardly cooked. No longer comes in strips. Food quality was very poor. I did not feel healthy or satisfied. read more

I want to like Veggie Grill. But this is 2021 and your tech needs to work. I tried to order VG via UberEats twice but this store canceled the order both times without any explanation. So next, I try to order on the VG website. That transaction won't go through. No food arrives. But, VG billed me 3 times for that transaction that never went through. VG customer service said the couldn't find the charges. I ended up having to dispute the charges via my credit card company. VG, get it together if you want online orders. read more
