Toby from Falcon Locksmith is the best; if I could give 10 stars I would!…read more My tenant returned home from holiday last night and when she attempted to open the door the cylinder spinned until it came out of the lock. I found Falcon on Yelp and requested a quote; Toby responded in less than 2 mins. I sent him a pic of the lock and he sent me a quote right back. Toby was able to get to the apt in about 20 mins and get my tenant in the door. He called and gave me the options of either replacing the cylinder or the entire lock; I asked if replacing the cylinder would fix the issue and he advised that he would put in a new cylinder to see how the lock performs. I told Toby if the cylinder didn't fix the issue we would just replace the entire lock. We got off the phone and not long after I received a call advising the work was completed and the cylinder replacement worked, which saved me approximately $150. Toby didn't try to take advantage of the situation and force a new lock on me like some other locksmith's would have, he was honest and did what was needed to resolve the issue. Toby is a man of integrity and I appreciate that, especially in the times we are currently in where everyone is a scammer. I will definitely call on Toby again if the need arises!

Dave let me know that the cigarette lighter replacement might cause some fitting issues, so he walked me through some alternatives if it didn't work out. I came to pick up my car 3 hours later and everything was perfectly installed! The total came out to $428 with tax. There were definitely some cheaper options out there but I felt comfortable knowing that the job would be done correctly the first time here.

Asked for a refund and the manager and owner tried to sell me a different item to avoid giving me the refund. I refused and they said my refund should arrive in 1-2 business days. After a week and a half, I called the owner and he said he'll get back to me with a confirmation/ tracking number for my refund- he never called back. I then called my bank a few days later and the rep stated there was no request for a refund made by Auto sound and Security. The chase representative disputed the charge for me and told me I'll get my money within the week. I have never written a review, but I had to because this was such a horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not go here!!!
