I opted for this location to be my "home" gym since it's the closest to me, but after visiting a couple others, I'm not sure if I'm going to frequent this one as often. Given it's location of being downtown, the only option is to pay for street (metered) parking or use their parking ramp. The idea of paying for a gym membership and then paying for parking each time is a huge deterrent for me! It would make me not want to go nearly as much, however, that is only one part of the gym-going experience! It was very easy to find, and at 7am, it isn't as busy as other times of the day. I like that the app shows you the "crowd meter" but I'm realizing I don't fully understand how they gauge it. It showed that it was low but there was quite a few people around! And when I went to a different location, it showed "more people" but looked like it was completely empty. There are a lot of machines and an upstairs for cardio (and downstairs too), so there is always something you can do if you're waiting for anything in the strength training space. I liked the layout and everyone there was really respectful. Very clean too!

The staff is always so friendly and the membership base is very welcoming. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and enthusiastic which is a huge plus at 7:00 a.m. The best part of OTF is that you can get as much out of it as you want. The gym has classes in cycling, cardio aerobics, yoga and more. As a member you get access to those at no extra fee. The gym is 3 floors with a host of cardio and strength training equipment sure to meet all you needs. Oh they have a turf room too. That was pretty sweet. Then to end your workout you go to the locker room and honestly I've only seen something this fancy in the movies. You got a sauna, clean bath towels, wood faced lockers, a warm carpeted floor, showers, bathrooms, hairdryers in front of private vanities with hair gel and lotion. I mean common!! It nice. The studio is always so clean and welcoming, the instructors are always so energetic and helpful at any point during class. I love that each month is a different focus on top of any other exercises that the instructor wants to include, it definitely has helped my practice to be able to focus on the move of the month! I love Bovée Pilates and cannot wait to continue my Pilates Journey with them!
