It seemed to be a little more strength-forward than my previous gym, so I definitely got stronger this summer. The community is great. Very easy to make new friends. I also noticed that they are great with providing scaling options, since they have members of all skill levels. (Both competitive long-timers and lots or less experienced students from GSVU) Most importantly, they have super cute dogs that are always there that you can play with! I immediately felt at ease with the nonjudgmental vibe of this place after not doing a spin class in several years. They are 30 minute classes that you feel challenged and don't need to spend hours at the gym to try to get results. I have loved the fuse, transform, and barre classes! I wish my work schedule allowed me to get there more days because it's so fun and challenging that it has made exercising more enjoyable again. If you are looking for a traditional gym feel then this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for a community that encourages you and like group classes then I 100% recommend you give it a try.
