POOR ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE. I placed an order for frames on 3/25/26 and paid via PayPal, received a confirmation immediately but then didn't hear anything for a few days. So I emailed them on 3/28/26 to find out what the status was and did not receive a response. So today 3/31/26 I called and they told me the frames I ordered were actually not available and they would cancel my order. When I asked why they never notified me about any of this, the man on the phone just said "because we didn't get to it." They may have a great walk-in mall shop (I have no idea), but AVOID ONLINE ORDERS with Next Level Optical - they are amateurs. I gave them two stars (instead of one) because at least they answered the phone, were polite, and finally refunded my money. read more

3 stars I needed new glasses while visiting our son in Florida January of 2024, this place got good reviews so went there, they were very nice HOWEVER I paid $500+ for the glasses which is fine it is what it is but I live in Indiana, the lenses I paid for I cannot seem to clean no matter what product or soap and water I use so I went to my regular optometrist for new lenses (December 2024) they said they would need to send them in, I cannot go without my glasses so they said if I called next Level they could give me the shape number of my lenses that they should have them and if not their lab should and that would prevent the need to send them off, I called was informed he did not keep that information, he didn't send lenses to a lab he did it himself but did not keep any of that information on file, I had him speak to my optometrist in case I was asking the question incorrectly, she hung up astonished, said he told her he didn't keep that kind of information in my file, he saw to many patients to do that?! my advice, find somewhere else read more

From the moment I walked in I was attended right away. The place is very clean and organized. Don't let the size of this place fool you, They have a great selection of frames. They are more towards the higher end of brands like gucci, rayban, prada, Michael kors but they have great prices. The girl that helped me pick out my frames was so sweet and got me the the right pair. I got my glasses over a year ago and this place is top notch. Elliot is very knowledgeable and they have quality frames. This is not LensCrafters or for eyes so don't go here expecting to get some 2 for 1 deal. I went to for eyes first and the frames were not great.
