Told me he had already assessed my car bc I had it towed over prior, then told me that they needed the physical title but didn't tell me that the offer price had changed. Had me call to see who told me that they accepted copies of the title. While I was on hold he continued laughing awkwardly like a cartoon character, in my face and finally said "well it doesn't matter who told you, we can't accept copies", to which I said to him "ok I was only calling bc you made it seem like you wanted to speak to the person that lied to me". I left to go find the physical title, found it and decided to call in before I was made to waste my time again. Called and transferred to Tristan and he literally placed my call on speaker more than 3 times. Finally spoke to him and said "I found my title & don't want to waste my time again." He asks me to send him a text of the title (lol which would technically be a copy that he told me they don't take, after I was told that they do take copies). After texting the title he goes "my manager is willing to give you $100" lolol Like I'm a hungry black woman begging for money. Terrible service & I'm pretty sure they'll get closed down soon. The place looks like a ghost town anyway which is probably why they like to play in ppls faces all day. More power to them, I'm going with Carvana. They're clowns over in Encino.

Clean!! I had been looking for a pre-2013 Ford Escape with the Mazda 4 cylinder engine and acceptable miles on the odometer (78,881), with beautiful paint, great body and an exceptional interior... FJ Auto Sales had one that checked each box! I am very happy. Also, this car was a one-owner, with all the Carfax info including service records. It also had the two original keys and the original owners manual! The average annual miles was only about 5700....around 16 miles a day. Wow! If you're looking for a great used car, I highly encourage you shop FJ Auto Sales before you buy. I drove all the way from Fresno for this vehicle and glad I did so!

Unfortunately, there was no one available to entertain my inquiry at the moment so I left the lot and that was my mistake for it was really late and everyone must have been gone for the night. At my way home, I was contacted by Mehr by several communication avenues and insisted to come back. I told her that I would be coming back the next following day since it was late at night. She did her very best to accommodate me at the earliest possible time at my convenience even though that she has worked late the previous day. She has spontaneously communicated to me by sending photos and possible terms for financing even if she does not have to. Even at the following day to have the car prepped up early before the appointment. It seems like my story is a typical day to day grind on the sales in the automotive industry. My point is that I have never been cared for and no one really have the persistence to communicate to me even though there was not a guarantee that I would make the purchase. I have been shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and was never really treated like what Mehr did. I have been to other 4 dealership prior and left because I felt that I was not treated very well as a customer. I even got flaked by another sales person in a Huntington Beach dealership and never notified me that the vehicle that I set-up an appointment with has been sold the previous day and came the day we got to the place and car was no longer there and the sales person was not around for he called-in. Mind that I have to travel 79 miles one way from where I reside to the dealer location. Going back to the topic. You are in good hands if you get her as your agent. Whether a customer is shopping for a $30,000 car or a $150,000 car, no one should be spoken to or judged that way - especially before the salesperson has made any effort to understand the customer. We weren't asking for special treatment. We simply came in ready to shop and expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, we felt judged and disrespected enough that we walked away from the dealership. After being a Keyes customer for years, it's extremely disappointing that one interaction could completely change the way I view the dealership. The entire dashboard, including the speedometer, fuel gauge, and other essential information, went completely black and refused to turn back on. And yes, we're talking about a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, purchased from this exact dealership. Driving a car without a functioning dashboard is obviously unsafe. I fully understood that fixing the issue could take a few days, but I made the apparently ridiculous assumption that a LUXURY car brand would provide a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. You know, since I still have a job, responsibilities, and places to be. Well, apparently that was too much to expect because they're "out of cars." And here's the best part: they told me it would take TWO OR MORE DAYS just to DIAGNOSE the problem. Not fix it. Diagnose it. So now I'm genuinely wondering whether Mercedes-Benz expects me to walk 20 miles to work every day or if I should just go ahead and buy myself a private jet. Quite the luxury experience. Not a single member of the service staff even offered to cover the cost of a rental car, despite this being part of their own policy. When loaner vehicles are unavailable, they are supposed to provide customers with alternative transportation while their cars are being serviced. Instead, they simply left me without a car, without any alternative, and without any attempt to resolve the situation. Basically, they just expected me to walk everywhere.

I cannot express my gratitude loudly enough. They were accommodating, kind, HONEST, professional, timely, and caring. I originally brought my car here to have the engine light turned off since I didn't tighten the gas cap enough, and it showed up. They handled that immediately, so I decided to schedule an oil change with them. When I brought my car in, they had several chances to take advantage of me and they chose to not take those opportunities, but rather to help me. I have been taken advantage of by car service companies before and Armen/the team absolutely could have done that when I brought my car in because I needed an actual repair, though I came in for an oil change. Instead, Armen said the repair I needed was likely covered under the warranty for my car and I should call them and ask. When I seemed nervous, he took it one step further, checked, and I did in fact have that repair covered under warranty for the car. Years ago, a different shop charged me $950 for a repair that was covered under warranty (and they knew it) and I ended up having to have their work fixed 1 month later, costing another $500. This was the complete opposite of that. Not only was Armen correct in that the repair was both necessary and covered by my warranty, but also he helped me get it taken care of. I cannot tell you enough, I will be taking my car here in the future. The mechanics also deserve praise for catching this issue that was unrelated to my oil change. They could have said nothing! Again, they were honest. It is so rare anymore to find honest, non-greedy people in the world, especially around cars. Armen/the team are a surprising antidote to a world of people taking advantage. Take your car here, no matter the make/model. Mine is a VW and they took total care of me.

If you actually look at the profiles leaving those stellar reviews, most of them only have 1 or 2 total reviews on their account and are clearly fake profiles created just to boost the dealership's score. On top of the terrible service and sketchy reviews, they try to sneak in $2,000+ in hidden "dealer fees" to drastically jack up your out-of-the-door price at the last second. They are dishonest and unprofessional. BEWARE!
