They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and were able to accommodate our request to arrive 15 minutes earlier than they originally wanted to come out. In addition to the great job they did in cleaning our carpet, what separates Stainbusters is their attention to detail and the little extras they did. For example, they used a dark light to first see if there were any hidden animal stains (we have 2 dogs). Also, they made sure to raise our furniture while the carpet dried.
