The beertenders are always so friendly and willing to give recommendations. The parking is their biggest downfall, I wish they'd find a way to expand, even when there's parking further down the road, you typically get so muddy that it impacts your experience. It's usually crazy parking-wise when there's an event which unfortunately deters me some.

When I saw an espresso martini and cake pairing, I knew I had to pull the trigger. Met up with some friends and we all ordered food beforehand to offset the impending sugar rush. (There was also a card) Desserts were a carrot cake with the most impossibly airy icing, a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate ganache, and a chocolate cake with a light nutella icing. I'm usually a carrot cake girlie and while I enjoyed it, the cheesecake was actually my favorite. Just the perfect pistachio flavor and a wonderful consistency -- so, so smooth. Our waitress told us that the owner is the one that makes all of the desserts too. A multi-talented queen. As far as the martinis, my favorite was the affogato one. These flight-nights are one-off events and the items aren't normally on the menu, so if you see one that looks extra appealing, get yourself there! I love this place…read more It's very easy to get to. It's close to the mall and downtown Syracuse. We stopped here after dinner to try some of their beers. I tried all of their IPAs, and they were all very flavorful. We sat at the bar; the place filled up very quickly after dinner time and most of the tables had people at them. They have a lot of events here ie trivia, comedy nights, and EDM nights. The EDM music started at 6pm and went until 2am. It was $10 to get into the separate back space where the DJ was. If you want to dance amongst the vats of beer, I recommend stopping by for this. They have a food menu where there are more options available now; it includes wraps, salad, wings and some other stuff. We also tried the chocolate chip cookies that were freshly made and were very chocolate-y. The ambiance here was very relaxed too. Everyone we met here was friendly and happy to be here. I'd definitely stop back again. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and looking for a brewery.
