Another stop on our quest for Fall fun! We ordered flights and brought them outside to enjoy on a beautiful afternoon. My first two selections were on the lighter side and were smooth. The other two were sours and were very tart but sweet as well. They worked for small sippers with a twist, one tasted like sweeTarts! Unfortunately the sun and the sweet drinks brought the bees in droves! We moved inside to avoid them but they were indoors as well! There is a distillery at this location as well. We held off on the Spirits this trip, but they offered a wide variety of flavored Whiskey's.

Quaint brewery in Skaneateles, NY. Many beer options and the inside is clean and bar tenders are friendly. Limited food options but they have snack like options so that did the trick when I skipped lunch the day of my visit. Smells hoppy inside but adds to the craft brewery experience. Recommend a stop if you're in the area.

Went with a group of three on a Friday after work. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and they had beer, liquor, and wine. We were told they typically have a food truck on Saturday's. I absolutely loved the pumpkin beer!

I found a sign and sat in front of it.

This place lets dogs and their people sit mostly outside with picnic tables and umbrellas. They have beer and cocktails for humans. For dogs they have very yummy water and a nice employee gave me a treat, making sure to ask my mom's permission first. 5/5 wags, would sniff again

Comfortable setting, lots of beer to choose from. Great pretzels for snack. Didn't try menu food. Next time.

Very good beers. They have a lot of varieties especially for a newer/smaller place. Fun atmosphere too

Great outdoor seating, plus a host of board games ready at hand, we enjoyed our time here sampling some great German style beers.

It's been a while since I'd last been but everything is as amazing as I remembered…read more I've seen them advertise their monthly "flight night" events for some time but never actually had been to one. When I saw an espresso martini and cake pairing, I knew I had to pull the trigger. Met up with some friends and we all ordered food beforehand to offset the impending sugar rush. I'd had their naan pizza in the past and loved it, so this time I went with the one that had caramelized onions and goat cheese. AMAZING. Crispy crust, melty cheese, tangy onions and the perfect amount of everything in every bite. Then onto the main event: the flights! The staff brought over our cake and drinks and were so great about explaining what to pair together. (There was also a card) Desserts were a carrot cake with the most impossibly airy icing, a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate ganache, and a chocolate cake with a light nutella icing. I'm usually a carrot cake girlie and while I enjoyed it, the cheesecake was actually my favorite. Just the perfect pistachio flavor and a wonderful consistency -- so, so smooth. Our waitress told us that the owner is the one that makes all of the desserts too. A multi-talented queen. As far as the martinis, my favorite was the affogato one. These flight-nights are one-off events and the items aren't normally on the menu, so if you see one that looks extra appealing, get yourself there! I've been for normal service too though, and honestly, never have had a misfire here. One thing I especially love is the option to order drinks in 5oz pours, a godsend for lightweights like me. Ambiance, food, drinks, all excellent.

Starters, House-Smoked Wings 6 smoked wings tossed in Berry Man jalapeno were not their best, that I have had there previously. Not smoky flavorful or crispy. Cold. We had the chance to try some great beers, and one unique experience stood out: mixing two beers together, a concept similar to a blend in the wine world. As the bartender put it, "It's a game we like to play." On tap, they had a solid lineup: 1. Hector Logger - A traditional lager (4.9% ABV) 2. Goatmaster Kölsch - A crisp Kölsch (5.1% ABV), which I tried and really enjoyed 3. RedBeard - A Red Ale (5% ABV), a reliable go-to beer 4. Cream Ale - A bit different at 6.7% ABV, more robust than the typical lower-ABV versions 5. Golden Crush - A hazy IPA (5.1% ABV) that had nice fruit-forward notes, but not overpowering 6. X IPA - An Imperial IPA (7.8% ABV) Mosaic! Mosaic! - A Pale Ale (5.2% ABV) that followed the traditional pale ale profile and was very enjoyable 7. Goatmeal Stout - An Oatmeal Stout (8.1% ABV) Then came the blends--something I hadn't seen much of before. The only one I tried was 1. Goat Juice, a 50/50 mix of Hazy IPA and Kölsch (5.1% ABV). It was bursting with amazing flavors, the best of both worlds. Some of their other blends included: 2. Red X - A mix of Red Ale and Imperial IPA 3. Goatgasm - A Kölsch and IPA blend 4. Headbutt - A Stout and Cream Ale combo I tend to gravitate toward Hazies, Kölsches, and Pale Ales, so this place hit all the right notes for me. I can't wait to come back and see what new creations they have on tap next time!

Quality of the food depends. The $18 salad was a plate of iceberg lettuce with a few scraps of cheese thrown on. The salad was the biggest disappointment. On the other hand, the classic poutine was bang on. Great ratio of gravy to fries, everything was nice, all the flavors were right. But the rest of the poutines have too much quality variation, which is unforgivable for a place advertising their 12 different kinds of poutine. None of the other flavors were nearly as good as the classic, with combos that didn't work. The burger was tasty. However, it was supposed to be medium and it was very rare. The beer cheese pretzel was also disappointing. The cheese had been cooked too long, or maybe microwaved, because it had seized and was very coarse and mealy. The amount of cheese was also not enough for the pretzel. Service was great. No complaints about any of the waitresses or hostesses. Overall, a fine place near downtown to get a classic poutine and an artisanal beer. Stay away from everything else.
