TL;DR: Highly recommended. Will definitely repeat. **Ambiance** Charming and spacious microbrewery with a great selection of beers. Now they also have a food truck on premise. Clean and uncluttered floor space with square wooden picnic tables, which are custom-built to gather around good beer with good company. **Staff & Service** I have been to this place multiple times, and every time, the bar staff has been super friendly and helpful. **Beer** They have a rotation selection of draft beers. Additional beers are also available in cans. The thing that sets them apart is that they offer a choice of up to 6 beer flights (pic attached). So you can really explore what you like. We were a party of four and each got a flight of 6 and we pretty much sampled the entire menu! It was a lot of fun! My all-time favorite at their location is the DDH IPA (called DDH Lies) **Food** I have been coming here before the food truck was coming here, and I am really enjoying the convenience of the food truck at this location. The sliders were my favorite. But the mac & cheese was the surprise for me. It was unexpectedly delicious. **Overall** It was a wonderful experience. There is something unique about drinking beer right from its source, and Willow Rock hits the spot. Highly recommended.

Great food and service! The atmosphere was relaxed and the food was terrific! Look for a geocache while you are there!

    Generous pours in the flights!

Beers were good, food was good, smell inside was unbearable. Thank goodness it was a nice day to be outside!

Very good Marzden beer by Willow Rock!

I felt fortunate to get a hold of a beer from Willow Rock Brewing on the not so distant past and found that the beer I managed to get was pretty good! Steve and I had a Marzden style beer the Hoi- Hoi!-Hoi! I do like Mardens on occasion and this one didn't disappoint with all of the good traits this style of beer should have. Good beer in upstate New York!

Jim. That's the name of this brown ale. After SU's great athlete.

Hidden gem. Located in an industrial park, this is a huge brewhouse with picnic tables, a separate bar area, and even some games. Very dog friendly. When I visited, there were three dogs all behaving. The space is well heated, and welcome in the winter. My only wish is that they had food available. I'll have to ask and see if I can bring something to eat while I'm here.

Great place. We had a mixed drink and an ipa. They did not offer food but did allow you to bring your own. Comfortable place.

What a cute little brewery in the middle of no where! This place is so secluded and off the beaten path that I had no idea it was even here even though I practically life next door to it in the nearby apartments. They have lots going on during the summer, with collaborations with food trucks. I went here for trivia on a Wednesday at 7pm. It's not the best place for trivia because the space is so large so the sound doesn't carry very well. Additionally, our team of 7 ended up having to squeeze onto a pew on the outskirts of the seating area, so we couldn't even really play trivia together. The beers were good. Lots of variety. The beers were fairly cheap and I love how uniquely they are presented in a muffin tray. Haven't ever seen that before. Definitely made it a lot easier to carry all the tasters. I also enjoyed how that had so many different size options for drinks. There was a little shot size, a taster size, and then larger mugs. I love the aesthetics of the the cups too! Even though this place is in the middle of no where and doesn't offer any in house food, it is definitely a neat little place to check out for beers.

It's been a while since I'd last been but everything is as amazing as I remembered…read more I've seen them advertise their monthly "flight night" events for some time but never actually had been to one. When I saw an espresso martini and cake pairing, I knew I had to pull the trigger. Met up with some friends and we all ordered food beforehand to offset the impending sugar rush. I'd had their naan pizza in the past and loved it, so this time I went with the one that had caramelized onions and goat cheese. AMAZING. Crispy crust, melty cheese, tangy onions and the perfect amount of everything in every bite. Then onto the main event: the flights! The staff brought over our cake and drinks and were so great about explaining what to pair together. (There was also a card) Desserts were a carrot cake with the most impossibly airy icing, a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate ganache, and a chocolate cake with a light nutella icing. I'm usually a carrot cake girlie and while I enjoyed it, the cheesecake was actually my favorite. Just the perfect pistachio flavor and a wonderful consistency -- so, so smooth. Our waitress told us that the owner is the one that makes all of the desserts too. A multi-talented queen. As far as the martinis, my favorite was the affogato one. These flight-nights are one-off events and the items aren't normally on the menu, so if you see one that looks extra appealing, get yourself there! I've been for normal service too though, and honestly, never have had a misfire here. One thing I especially love is the option to order drinks in 5oz pours, a godsend for lightweights like me. Ambiance, food, drinks, all excellent.
