Crispy crust, melty cheese, tangy onions and the perfect amount of everything in every bite. Then onto the main event: the flights! The staff brought over our cake and drinks and were so great about explaining what to pair together. (There was also a card) Desserts were a carrot cake with the most impossibly airy icing, a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate ganache, and a chocolate cake with a light nutella icing. I'm usually a carrot cake girlie and while I enjoyed it, the cheesecake was actually my favorite. Just the perfect pistachio flavor and a wonderful consistency -- so, so smooth. Our waitress told us that the owner is the one that makes all of the desserts too. A multi-talented queen. As far as the martinis, my favorite was the affogato one. These flight-nights are one-off events and the items aren't normally on the menu, so if you see one that looks extra appealing, get yourself there! I've been for normal service too though, and honestly, never have had a misfire here. One thing I especially love is the option to order drinks in 5oz pours, a godsend for lightweights like me. Decided to split a couple meals, including a pizza and some nachos. I think the nachos weren't the best of choice. Though they were loaded with cheese, pork, peppers, corn, and who knows what else, the eyes like them more than the stomach. The pizza was a hit. Got the sweet and hot and it was good. Plenty of cheese, I picked off the meat, some peppers and some drizzled honey. Yum.

I tried all of their IPAs, and they were all very flavorful. We sat at the bar; the place filled up very quickly after dinner time and most of the tables had people at them. They have a lot of events here ie trivia, comedy nights, and EDM nights. The EDM music started at 6pm and went until 2am. It was $10 to get into the separate back space where the DJ was. If you want to dance amongst the vats of beer, I recommend stopping by for this. They have a food menu where there are more options available now; it includes wraps, salad, wings and some other stuff. We also tried the chocolate chip cookies that were freshly made and were very chocolate-y. The ambiance here was very relaxed too. Everyone we met here was friendly and happy to be here. I'd definitely stop back again. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and looking for a brewery.

The concert stage is upstairs, and the check-in was fast and simple at tge door. There is a spacious bar area, and the stage is in another room to the left. The stage is elevated, allowing for great viewing of the band. There's plenty of room for people to dance and hang out in front of the stage, and some seating along the outside edges of the room. The acoustics of the room were great. The bathrooms are large and clean. We did not try any of their food, as we had eaten before we arrived at the venue. We're looking forward to attending more live music shows at this establishment.

They also sell pretzels/chips. As far as beer is concerned, I find that they had a very solid listing of almost every kind of beer one would be into. I really enjoyed the Puppykiss IPA. You can sit inside or you can grab your drinks and go sit outside. They have drones chairs scattered about on what I'd describe as the backyard of a farm. We sat down, watched the goats and Emu's, relaxed and enjoyed our beers. I really enjoyed my time here and I'm looking forward to going back, especially as the weather gets nicer. The bartender noted that when it gets nicer there's music and food trucks. This is definitely a spot to check out if you're looking for a laid back experience and good beer.
