I came to DigitalCrafts with no experience except for some free online resources. I admit there were times during the course that were pretty intense. This course requires that you put in the time to learn the material. You continue to build on content from day one. If you are willing to put in the time and effort you will be successful. I had Rob as an instructor and he was great! If we had trouble during the course Rob was willing to help, we just needed to keep him in the loop on our progress. When it came time to start looking for jobs Jake was a big asset in helping us look for postings and letting us know when there were oportunities within the employer network. With their help I was able to secure a front-end development internship at the end of week 12. I feel confident in my new skills and look forward to what the future holds

My niece goes to this camp all summer and never gets bored. This was her second summer and she is always making sure that I have her signed up whenever there is a school break, as TSOF also does break camps during City of Decatur school breaks, teacher workdays, etc. Knowing that each day is a well thought out combination of learning and fun is what makes this camp really work. If learning is also fun-well, there you have it-the magic combination! All of the kids are excited to be there, the staff is great and very attentive. Each time I am there I am greeted kindly, as is my niece. They are actually HAPPY to see us walk in the door! This is a novel and brilliant idea and finally, I feel my money is well-earned by Kris and her staff...not just babysitting and coloring. amy niece comes home with little electronic bugs, her mind filled with fun things she cannot wait to share with me. I also saw the group at a science fair and a festival in Decatur! Way to get out in your community, team!

Having frequented other School Box stores in the Atlanta area, this School Box did not seem as bright and cheery as the others. However, it did not divert me from my hunt of cute books, borders, and manipulatives. Word to the wise: some of the materials here are not large enough for a class set. $16.99 for a 100-piece set of snap cubes? C'mon... This is when you need to be smart about your purchases. Some things are actually valuable to your classroom for a reasonable prices. Others are more of a capitalization on the cute-teacher factor. All in all, this location has a good selection, but not as "HOO-RAY!" as other School Box locations seem. Gets the job done.
