I have struggled with my weight my entire life. There are very few diet plans I have not tried to…read morelose weight. After years of yo yo dieting, I had given up on myself and weight ballooned up to close to 350 pounds. When I called Sheryl, my eating was completely out of control. I needed someone to help me to gain control of my eating habits and my weight. Sheryl's approach was much different than the other plans I had tried before. During our first session she spent two hours asking me what I ate daily and designed a plan around the foods I liked to eat. Yes, you still need to eat nutritional foods to lose weight, but thankfully you aren't restricted to carrots and lettuce. :). There are no prepacked foods, or shots necessary to start to lose weight on Sheryl's plan. After a short time on the plan, I stopped craving the foods that sends my eating out of control. I also found it easy to get back on the plan on few occasions when I strayed. So far with Sheryl's help I have lost 60lbs, and I am confident with what I have learned, I can remain in control during my weight loss journey. It is also great to know that Sheryl is there to give you accountability, and help guide you when you hit a plateau. Sheryl really cares out her client. As my weight has come down, Sheryl has become a friend and has given me advice on how to better handle other parts of my life. I was scheduled to take a 3 hr exam on Saturday, May 25 at 10:15 am. Arrived at the testing site at…read more9:30 am. At 10 am there were at least 15 people there to take their exams and no one was at this business. One guy had driven to hours given this was the closest site to him open on a Saturday. It's now 10:30 am and the business remains closed. We all call and no one answers the phone. Finally at 11 am a young woman shows up and simply says there was a scheduling problem. She does not offer an apology. By the time I get registered for my exam, it's 11:30. I ask if I get a 5 min break as told by my program. She tells me there are no breaks for my 3 hour exam. After the halfway mark, the computer tells me I can take a 5 min break if I choose to. I take the break and have to get her to log me back into the system after the break. I complete and end the exam 8 minutes early and waited for the screen to tell me if I passed. Nothing. I ask her why my pass/fail did not appear on the screen and she tells me the policy for this exam is they will email me and let me know. Rather than argue with her, I review my exam information and they state I should get my score immediately after the exam. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to use this testing site. They are unprofessional and uninformed. While several of us were still in testing mode, the door to the testing room was left open for More than -0 minutes leaving us to deal with the noise from the center. This business should be closed. Avoid. If I have to take my exam over, I would drive an extra 45 minutes to avoid testing at this location.

Scheduling my licensing exam online was very simple and there were plenty of openings available…read morethroughout the week. There's plenty of parking available in this lot since there's a parking deck. I got lucky and caught beautiful fall weather today, so I didn't mind the walk from the deck. The entrance to the suite is on the main level with Iron Age, and the pathway adjacent to Iron Age will lead you to ATG. The location is pretty zen and relaxing for those to need a more peaceful environment before taking a exams. Masks are required for entry! Upon entry, I was greeted by a staff member, and was promptly checked-in to take my exam. You'll need two forms of identification (I used my driver's license and debit card.) They have lockers you can lock your personal things in, and they are pretty large so could fit a handbag. I opted not to bring any personal items with me though, so I had a huge locker for my keys and 2 IDs. Remember your locker number and the staff will unlock after your exam. The facility was clean and surprisingly comfortable. I would wear something warm if you tend to get cold because they definitely had the air running. I think it depends on the exam you're taking, but I was provided a dry-erase board, marker, and calculator. Staff enters upon the end of each exam to sanitize and prepare for the next proctored exam, so there's a lot of traffic noise. I didn't notice until after I passed my exam that there was a giant jar of earplugs available at the entrance of the exam room. I thought it was a jar of candy (Halloween thoughts LOL) or else I definitely would have benefited from them lol. I also think you will instantly get the results of your exam depending on what exam you're taking, but for me I was able to know immediately. Staff will hand you your results and sign you out. The entire process was a breeze and stress free. *if you have disabilities you can apply for testing accommodations with the agency you are testing with! Majority of the time you will need to provide medical documentation and do so 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

The concept of the camp is excellent. However, the actual execution of it was horrible. We are sharing this because we want parents to know what occurred and use their own educated choice on whether to send their child to the camp or not. Day one was horrible. Many of the participants had horrible behavior. The leader of the camp was treated with great disrespect. Not only was she verbally bullied but all of the female participants were verbally bullied to the extent of making participants cry. One female participant was picked up and body slammed to the floor. Instead of following the protocol sent in an email for parents to sign, the leadership did not follow their own protocol of telling parents and participants that they cannot return. After three days of verbal bullying, the leadership and the CEO finally told two participants not to return. Needless to say our child gained nothing from the camp. It was not worth the time and the expense. When we wrote an email to the leadership, we got a matter of fact response that only tried to justified their horrible decisions that were made after three of the five days of the camp had passed. To even make it worse, the leader of the camp, was very good and developed great rapport with some of the participants that did not cause the problems, was taken out of the camp and a new person became the leader. This was done with no notice to the parents and the participants found out when they arrived. Needless to say some participants were very upset and did not want to return to the camp for the ditch and final day. When asked, leadership said she was removed for her safety because some of the participant that took part in the bad behavior was still present. The CEO communicated that she did not want to take a chance for the remaining participants who were part of the issues to continue to mistreat her. My question to the CEO is if this is the case, what about the participants that were treated bad and bullied? What about their safety? I got no response to this question. I take it that it is ok for the participants to continue to be in the presence of those who did the bulling but it is not ok for their leader. All I can say is "Wow!" There is so much more that I could write, but I think anyone reading this gets the point. This program is very badly managed and is in a desperate need for better management and leadership.
