I've never been to one of these IT training courses before. On my first day I arrived and located my classroom. My class had about 15 - 20 people. I actually live about thirty minutes from this location and was surprised to find out that most people were from out of state; even the instructor was flown in from Idaho. Most of the people that had traveled were provided package with a hotel to stay at that would shuttle them to and from class. I'm not 100% exact on arrangements because I just drove there everyday. Everyone is provided a desktop with the required software and labs. Bring a laptop; you can have the instructors screen pulled up remotely and it's good to have a second screen to have your course pulled up as your doing labs. Met a lot of cool people in my field. We exchanged contact info to keep up with each other at the end of the course, it's always a good idea to keep up with your classmates. This is definitely a good environment to learn. I enjoyed our instructor; he was very good about keeping your attention, was very personable, and was incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. He definitely helped make it a pleasant learning environment. Trust me the last thing you want is to listen to a unrelatable instructor speak about technical material for 8 hours a day in a monotone voice. Rest well, it is very important that you get enough sleep. You are going to be going through so much information it can be mentally exhausting, so you need to make sure that you are 100% ready each day. After class, when you get home you need to study the material that you were given. I would say for about 2 hours at least. I loved having the testing center there. It was just so convenient to keep the same routine and get everything done at the same location. I see some negative comments here, but me and all of my classmates are really happy with CED. I have just completed my MCSA and will be going back for my MCSE. Some side notes Plenty of Coffee, Soda, Snacks available There was catering brought in every day for lunch from a variety of places. Do not use CED Solutions. I once used them, they sent me an "anonymous" review of the instructor. The instructor was John Friedrich. I was honest and basically said I didn't think he was very good. They cancelled my remaining classes with that instructor, apparently the instructor said I was argumentative and a bunch of BS that was not true AT ALL. Complete lies. They also sent an e-mail to my boss, who was paying for the training, telling them lies about how I was disrupting the class and etc. The class was all virtual, I had hoped it was all recorded WHICH IT SHOULD BE IF ITS VIRTUAL, that is an easy thing to do, keeps everyone accountable, and allows students to rewatch trainings. However, no, it was not recorded so it was just my word vs the instructor and I could not prove otherwise. In short, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Use someone else. Not only are they bad teachers but they lied and went out of their way to smear me to my boss. read more

I took the CCNP ENCOR Class with John Friedrich as the instructor. It was obvious John had no real-world experience. He went on many off-topic rants about technical but unrelated to CCNP material. Most the material was delivered at a very high-level, not very detailed. The manner in which content was delivered was very bullet-pointish, instead of explaining the whens and whys of protocols. The protocols that were described were missing a LOT of detail. Basically nothing was explained in detail. I gave a poor review of the instructor when CED Solutions sent out a requested review, like they do for all their students. In response, they cancelled my second class and when my boss reached out to them to find out why (since it was paid for by my company), they made up a bunch of lies about me being rude, asking test questions, and all kinds of other BS which apparently came directly from the instructor, John Friedrich. I am BAFFLED at that last part.... The lies are DISGUSTING to me. The instructor was CLEARLY just trying to cover his ass. I don't recommend anyone train with CED and especially with this instructor. read more

Came for the MCSA: Server 2016 & MCSE: Cloud accelerated classes for 15 days. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the material and was able to give us an answer to any of our questions. I will be doing the online course as a refresher later in the year. Thank you! AV. read more

Horrible. I suggested they at least send the electronic copy of the book a month or 2 weeks ahead so the students wouldn't have to go crazy while only there one week. They said no. Instead they send a measure pretest that doesn't help. If u been in IT or familiar take this course. It's now way you can forseeably think that you can retain any of this info. The bad part is I asked questions before I signed up and I kind of knew this was bound to happen. I asked for a digital copy of book before class started. He tells us no after he hands out the book. Bonnie Jordan stated there will be hands on labs but that's negative. Material was outdated and several corrections needed to be mad to the book and other info. At the end of the day the teacher taught what he could but the company has a poor model and at least they get paid. I'm not saying they did anything evil. But I will never take a scam boot camp again. I'll just find somebody that toke course. Be very careful for instructors that work with a company for several years. Instructor was smart but several times we went on tangents about non relevant stories about his personal life. read more

I attended the MCSE Boot Camp in Atlanta. The staffs are professional and most of the instructors are very good. Their programs are very lean and well thought out. The customer service is excellent. You will definitely get your money worth. I was able to pass all the exams except for one. They were so nice to let me re-take the exam at no cost. Not just that, but let me re-attend the course again at no cost to me. Since, I was not able to fly to Atlanta. I am from the West coast. I attended a webcast. After the webcast, I retook the exam and passed. I got my MCSE Security+ certification. The way they do business, I am very pleased that I am returning for the VMware Certified Professional course in Aug. 2012. I will write my full experience. So, stay tuned. read more

The CompTIA instructor was really good. Part of what you pay for is the question databank. There were the same question in this document and all had different answers. I reached out to the guy responsible for testing materials and brought him over 26 questions that were in the study bank twice that had different answers. I asked for the correct answers to no avail. I know for a fact I had 3 of these questions on my certification exam and not sure if they were the cause, but I did fail the 1st test. I asked if they would make this right by paying for my 2nd test (that I passed after looking up the correct answers) . No answer, so I am going to post to all DB's my opinion on how they conduct business. read more

I have no other experience with this type of training but I gotta say that the staff at this location is the greatest. The meals that they provided were excellent, whether catered in or traveling to a nearby restaurant it was all good. The instructor that I had was great. He wasn't an ol' bell-head rattling off commands and configurations. He was there to teach you and he did all he could to help you understand the concepts. He also had a great sense of humor and made learning that is normally very difficult, a little more relaxed. This is the place that I have returned to in hopes to gAin additional certifications The bottcamp format is very, very, very difficult for me. I would rather take things at a slower pace but once again CED staff helped in anyway that they could to ,ale your long or short training as pleasant as possible. read more

It's tough to take a review for a certification-training provider at face value--well, at least if it's critical. If the reviewer failed his exam, it can come across like a case of rejecting personal accountability. If the reviewer passed his exam, then that calls his criticism into question--after all, if passing is all that matters, what's he got to complain about? All's well that ends well, right? For the record, I did pass my MCSE certification exams. Having said that, I'm afraid I don't think I will ever return to CED Solutions at its location in Marietta, GA. or recommend it unless there are some significant changes made in the environment, and that is the basis for this review. First and foremost, it should be noted that the establishment is located on top of a CrossFit gym. I was tempted to tack on a few exclamation points to the preceding sentence to denote incredulity, because there isn't much of anything that should share a wall, floor, or ceiling with a CrossFit gym, save perhaps a bowling alley, shooting range, or a night club in lower Beirut specializing in nuclear apocalyptic death metal. Mind you, I was unaware of what exactly CrossFit was before going to CED, but now I know it is intimately intertwined with a thunderous and unnecessarily-forceful slamming down of heavy objects. This cartilage-ripping, migraine-inducing engine fueled by self-loathing pounds away beneath CED throughout the entirety of the day and extends to the testing area, which affords testees no sanctuary in the form of soundproofing. People need some peace and quiet when taking a test, and neighboring yourself with tractor-tire-flipping endorphin fiends is not conducive to that. Compounding the noise issue further, the testing room is adjacent to the indoor break area and within earshot of the outdoor break area. This proximity means that during any given break students are congregating nearby, bantering about their hopes, dreams, fears, and aspirations until, hopefully, the proctor comes out to tell them to keep it down and explain the existential futility of it all. It's not a good arrangement in terms of layout. The trainer I had (for my certification boot camp that is, not CrossFit) was likable and knowledgeable, but did not encourage questions at a level I'd hoped. He might occasionally ask if anyone had any in a perfunctory sort of way, but would passively convey irritation when it would involve repeating something already said or when answers would lead to follow-up questions. And of course, both of those things *are* irritating to most of us, but they are also part of the didactic process, so a teacher has to learn to tolerate and even encourage them. On the other hand, disruptive back-of-the-class chatter, political diatribes, long-winded anecdotes where you really had to be there, and attempts at edgy humor by way of off-color jokes went unchecked for the most part. It seems like he's losing enthusiasm for the course material and welcomes diversions, but in all fairness the endless percussion has got to inflict to something akin to WWI-era shellshock after years of exposure. I'd be sans-marbles within six weeks, tops. Some positives: they do allow certification courses to be retaken for up to a year. Also, they made sessions available online for both remote students and people like myself with visual challenges. TLDR: Bring aspirin to the training, earplugs to the exam. read more

Hello All, I know some of you are going to see 5 stars and just pass this buy as some guy who is paid to do a good review, maybe someone who has never taken a class, or some other wack job. I get it. If you want an honest review from someone who has been in the industry for 20+ years, read on. I have been taking technology certification classes every year since the late 1990's. Why, because if you are not growing, you are dying. There is no magical pixy dust that makes a person smart in IT over night, no college education that will give you instant CIO/CTO status, no industry certification that will get you 100k+ per year. What it takes is hard work, lots of practice, and break/fixing everything you possibly can and still remain employed. I have attended classes with noobs and youngsters with the idea that once I get this or that paper, I am suddenly worth something and people better pay me. Then, when the poo hits the fan, the grab their magical certification paper and try to summons the power of certification to somehow fix whatever is wrong. The truth of the matter is that no certification from any company is going to do that. What certifications provide is an initial step to get your foot in the door that says, "I know something." Nothing more. From there, it is up to them to prove their worth. What I found in CED is a commitment to excellence to give every student, whether a noob or a seasoned veteran in the industry, a chance to learn new skills and enhance the skills they already have. CED has many long term instructors which in of itself tells you the character of the the staff. With every other training institution, many of the instructors are fly-by-night contractors. While they may be good, they really don't have to be. They will get their paycheck and move on. With CED, the instructors have to prove their worth every single class. They adapt to different personalities and learning styles with each class. CED and their instructors will go the extra mile to make sure that each of their students succeed. However, in all things, it is dependent on two key elements: 1. Each person's willingness to do what it takes to succeed. 2. Each person's ability to succeed. I have been in classes where there were plenty of people who are able to succeed but simply do not want to put in the time or effort to do it. It is like they are waiting for the silver spoon to just come and feed them so they have to do little to no work. These are the folks that really get my blood boiling. On the other hand, I have been in classes where someone is doing everything they can possibly do to succeed, however, they just don't have the IT ability. It just isn't in them. Kinda like turkeys that want to be eagles. They can want it all day long, but turkeys are still turkeys at the end of the day, and not eagles. These are the folks for whom I feel bad. At the end of the day, you are not going to find a better group of people who are committed to your IT success than the instructors at CED. Your health, safety, and personal success are their highest interest. Their success is based on your success. How many other training companies can you say have been open for more than 20 years. In choosing any technology training company ask yourself these questions: 1. Do I have it in me to do what it takes; am I willing to work as hard as I can to achieve my goals? 2. Do I have the ability in me to be in IT, and if so, at what level? What do I want to do? Be honest with yourself. Some people like to be helpdesk and that is great. Some want to be a CIO/CTO and that is good to, but be honest with yourself and your abilities. 3. What training do I need to get to where I want to be? Sometimes certifications are the best thing, sometimes they are not. Look at what is needed for the jobs you want. 4. Who, which training partner has the best track record for training people in the areas you want to work? Which company won't just take your money and say "By Felicia! Good Luck!" but really value you and your success? Having said all of this, I have been attending classes with CED every year since 2003. Since then I have changed a number of jobs, going from helpdesk to where I am now as an IT Executive. I consider CED, along with my willingness and ability, a key partner in my IT career. read more

I am back at CED taking some more training. As the years have gone on I have returned to keep my skills current and to even study some new ones. The years have treated CED just fine. I have found that they are still providing quality instruction, a great atmosphere, and lunch. They even were able to help me transition my GI Bill from the old Montgomery to the Post 9/11. They explained what the benefits would be for me and how it would work out. It was some great advise. The only real downsides are ones that I really don't go into since I don't have a solution. But they are more personal preferences and not issues.. Regardless, in my opinion, CED is still a great place to go for IT training. read more

I am an experienced IT professional. I have traveled to Atlanta twice for two Cyber Security certifications. I was lucky enough to have the same instructor both times. I hope to have him for my next one in July 2017. The classrooms were clean, the staff professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The testing environment quiet and equipment ready. Bottom line, I passed my certification exams and I am absolutely satisfied for what I paid for and achieved. The whole setup if very convenient and practical. Attempting to register for three consecutive CompTIA courses. Mysteriously the pricing is not public. I received an email a few months back for a $4,200 bundle option. Now it's around 7,000$. However somehow they can fly me to Atlanta, pay for my hotel and food and it's 500$ cheaper if I want to travel? Had the displeasure of an email chain with "Bonnie", lazy slow replies, ignoring questions, etc. Just another shady company with poor service. read more

The instructor that is teaching both classes is amazing with his ability to teach us this information on a level where you can relate to it. Ultimately I came here to pass certification exams, and so far I passed the 901 on my first try and getting to ready take the 902 and I feel confident with the material they teach here. !!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! CED SOLUTIONS TAKES ADVANTAGE OF VETERANS!!!!!!!!!!! Upon my return from Afghanistan and separated from the U.S. Navy, I sought out a way to transfer my military skill set to one that private sector employers would find value in. I stumbled upon CED Solutions in my search for certification centers in the Atlanta area. I was extremely excited when I found out that they offered the certification class that I wanted and even more excited when I discovered that they accepted my Post 911 GI Bill. I wanted to get in the next class that they had available so I was advised to take a student loan out to pay for the class, submit my VA paperwork, and I would be reimbursed upon the completion of my class. I submitted my VA paperwork including an updated copy of my DD214 to Stephanie Brannon, the VA Representative, on 14 MAR 13. I was in class from 24 Apr - 5 May 13. Upon the completion of my class I began trying to get in touch with Ms. Brannon to ensure that my paperwork had been submitted properly. Every time I called, she was either on vacation, away from her desk or she had absolutely no clue what was going on. I emailed her on 7 May to check the status of my claim and she emailed me back on 10 May saying that it had been submitted and I should be hearing something shortly. I called the VA later on that month to verify that the claim had indeed been submitted and was told by the VA that Ms. Brannon had not submitted my claim. After expressing my complete dissatisfaction with Ms. Brannon, she finally submitted my claim in June but apparently forgot to submit my DD214 with my paperwork. I received a letter from the VA in early July stating that I was eligible for 50% of my benefits (because she failed to submit my updated DD214) and that they would pay the percentage of the tuition directly to my school. Here it is 10 Sept 13 and I have still not received a check or a phone call from CED Solutions. I decided to call them to check on the status of my claim because I am aware that the VA can be slow at times. Of course, Stephanie Brannon is on vacation AGAIN. Nobody had an answer for me. I called the VA and discovered that CED had been paid $1535.00 (50% of my tuition) on 19 July 13. I am LIVID. I don't recommend this education center for anyone especially veterans using their GI bill benefits. I am filing a formal complaint on Ms. Brannon with CED solutions and my next step will be to file a formal complaint on CED Solutions with a third party government agency. read more

I recently took the CASP certification with CED Solutions in early December. I didnt feel prepared by the end of the week to be able to pass the exam. The other students in our class felt the same with the exception of one student who tested that Friday and failed the exam. I feel way too much time was wasted during that week to include the long lunches and introductions. At the end of the day I couldn't see myself returning. read more

Yes, this place is definitely not a recommendation from me to others preparing for the Exchange Messaging certification exams. I suggest you to do self study or research thoroughly before you attend a certification boot camp. My employment sent me here and this was not my recommendation from my research. The recommended certification camp I recommended was Certification Camps in Florida. You are better off self studying oppose to going to this facility for the Exchange 2013 Messaging course. I will not say the entire camp is horrible but my experience with the trainer I had was not good to me in preparing you for the exam from my experience with past facilities I have attended. I took a CISSP boot camp here back in 2012 so it's been awhile but I can give a subjective review. I was happy with the price of the course as airfare, hotel, breakfast and lunch was included in the price. The facilities were top notch, nice well lit classrooms, multimedia and plenty of parking! The reasons for three stars. Our instructor drifted off topic or let the class drift off topic all the time. He always started class late (note, he didn't arrive late, just didn't start class). Once he spent an hour or longer showing us how to hack a wifi password. Obviously not one of the CISSP domains. Of the ten CISSP domains he only taught eight, excusing the two that he failed to teach as the "easy ones". I was pretty upset by this, failed the exam a week later, but passed the next time around. Lunch was typical geek food, pizza and sandwiches, They did give us a nice embroidered polo shirt and class photo at the end of the course. I'm seeking another security certification and after all of this considering CED again. Just hoping for another instructor. read more

I was needing training on Exchange 2010 and searched the internet until I found CED Solutions Exchange Bootcamp with certification. The entire process went very smoothly for registration, etc. They stay in contact before the class and are very helpful once you arrive. The package deal that includes everything from airfare, hotel, meals, class, and even the certification tests was definitely worth the money. Being able to take the exams throughout the time there helped being able to pass and get the certifications. The facilities are very nice, instructors knowledgeable, and the training was very worthwile. Would recommend them to anyone for any IT training. read more

Although I hold several Novell certifications, I'd never had the time to pursue any Microsoft certifications. I finally "bit the bullet" and took the CED Solutions Boot Camp for SharePoint 2010 Configuration and Administration. It was a VERY intense week but with their training and prep, I passed both exams. I recently attended the SQL 2012 Introduction to Querying class at CED. Prior to taking the class I had essentially zero knowledge in querying SQL. Although some parts of the class were slightly intimidating at first, I found the content easy to grasp after briefly reviewing the next day's content the night before at home and found, upon returning to work, that I had a firm knowledge of SQL to run reports for my company. The intructor was extremely knowledgeable about the SQL 2012 content, we had regular scheduled breaks with quality food included, and CED even allows you to re-attend classes you have taken if you need to brush-up on the material! The customer service is more than I expected and I will certainly look to CED for my future training needs. read more

CED Solutions offers and advertises courses, and then repeatedly cancels them. They wasted months of my time after I enrolled, AND I got a written confirmation email from them that the course was on. When I emailed the week prior to class to ask about any materials or documents I needed to bring, I was told, sorry, instructor isn't available, course is cancelled. I went on the waiting list for a December 2014 session which was to be offered. when I checked shortly before - sorry, not enough interest. I went on to wait for their February course. I repeatedly communicated with CED to confirm the course would run. Representative slow-leaked me, repeatedly, that he didn't know yet. Then the week before the course was scheduled, again, in response to MY inquiries, finally responded that the course was cancelled. I was then offered the hollow hope that a course would run in April, maybe, but they would try to run it in March . . . maybe. Yeah, riiiiight! CED Solutions courses are not guaranteed to run. They apparently don't have much depth in the instructors that can teach, and they run courses when they see fit, not when they advertise them to run. I find that highly unprofessional, and discourteous. If you want to waste months being led on and then let down by repeated cancellations, CED is the way to go. If you want to get your training and move on in your career, better look elsewhere. read more

I signed up for a bootcamp at CED Solutions and paid $6,595 on my corporate AMEX. 2 days after signing up and paying, my company asked me to cancel and sign up for an earlier course. CED didn't have an earlier course so I had to cancel and schedule a course elsewhere. Keep in mind, I tried to cancel the course 2 days after paying for it, for a course that was 4 months away. It's been 4 weeks since I tried to cancel and CED won't return my phone calls or emails and I've tried contacting them over a doze times. They still haven't refunded my money nor returned my correspondence. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with AMEX. Do not do business with this company. They will gladly take your money but don't expect to hear from them again if you need to cancel and get a refund. read more

I attended the 15 day boot camp they offered for the MIcrosoft MCITP's. It was a fantastic experience, the staff is very nice and willing to help you out alot. They have excellent study materials and its a very relaxing environment that makes learning easy. I passed all 5 of my certifications on the first attempt through their course of study. They offer distance learning which a few students were doing in our class. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. read more

2010. MCSE Security. CompTIA Security+. CCNA classes at this boot camp are great. All day boot camp classes on one subject are way better than sitting 1 hour maybe two times a week at college. I went from practically not knowing anything about computers to being able to gross several hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales and services practically by myself. I cant say enough good things about Microsoft and Cisco operating systems, the features for confidentiality, availability, and accountability are very important and needed for day to day operations for any business or military operation. After I became experienced and competent in IT I moved on to CCNP, CCIE, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, CCNA data center, Cisco cloud, Cisco mpls, Cisco ASA, Cisco VPN, Cisco IPv6, Cisco data center virtualization. EC-Council CEH, security analyst, network security administrator, computer forensics, GIAC incident handler, GIAC security essentials, advanced malware analyst, black hat Python 1/2, network packet analyst, rootkit designer, bill gates security book, programmable logic controllers, A.I. pattern matching technology, cloud technology from multiple venders, many compTIA courses. SQL databases. Electrical engineering book, The list goes on up to around 100ish leading IT courses. I love working in the field of information technology on a day to day basis, people love coming in and asking questions about technology and you become valuable to your employer and customers and makes you happy inside that you can actually help someone out beyond just reading the back of the box. Most people think technology changes to fast, and say don't get involved, but the under lining technology of majority of the stuff stays the same, can't just come in and change how the internet and architectural plans of the server rack over night, it's all got to meet specifications to work together. Here or there different technology is built but year after year they make in reachable length of studying of new technology to keep up with. I cant tell how much this place has helped me out. I did not like traditional colleges, some of my classes are very off topic in college like arts and crafts, and foreign unacceptable recycling of waste in other countries and slave labor stuff in my English classes which I didnt really feel was on topic. These classes are very on topic all day, everyone stays focused all day, you can see people taking notes, highlighting in books, working one on one with the instructors, on projector instructions, practice exam questions and book reading. You do get a lot of material in terms of books and practice exams. The hotels I was put in had hot tub, pool, gym, breakfast, internet access, TV, enough to relax a bit after a long day of studying if you choose to but most people study intensely to pass the classes and for desire of knowledge. Then a shuttle bus for delivery to and from school. I do recommend reseating the classes again hopefully toward the end of your term to refresh your thinker cap. Continuing progressively learning year after year on this subject is fun for those who like technology. I specifically got into IT because I knew there was so much stuff to learn it would keep me busy for a very very long time. I don't like dull work like shipping department and packing goods into a box and putting it onto a conveyer belt. It just drove me crazy how dull and boring it was. I mean there wasnt a second anyone wanted to be there at slave labor. IT was the first job I ever like waking up to and leaving my house to go to work for. This place specifically, advances my career and got me on track with my life and quickly as well. I mean grade school pushed us a Harry Potter book. I cant make money with this Harry, but I'm sure able to make service fee charges and sales money off CED solution training from vendors. Highly recommended. I took A+, Security+, and MCSA 680 & 685. I used my post 9/11 benefits at the Atlanta facility. They do an excellent job. This is the only place in the southeast US that provides the training and takes VA benefits. They do all the work. I was hesitant due to being burned by another training company but CED does it right. read more

I did a remote boot camp with CED Solutions back in March 2012. They have it set up so the instructor can share the desktop and he is mic'd. I have Comcast Xfinity, streaming anything never lags or does much buffering. The way this audio works is to record it live so that if the connection is lost it will catch up to where the instructor left off. So most of the time, he sounded like a chipmunk due to their poor connection. It took forever for the guy to get back from 15 minute breaks that ended up being 30-45 minutes. the 1 hour lunch stretched out to 1 1/2 or more, and then he would cut class 2-3 hours early to "study". Maybe I had a bad teacher. All he did was make silly analogies trying to relate Windows group policy to airports and planes, further confusing a difficult topic. They give you a link to download practice exams which are very good, that was why I passed the tests, not because of what the class presented. The teacher went through the material very fast, and being a remote student left me trying to ask a question using a chat window which didn't get answered in time to stay on subject. The first test was Active Directory, out of 20 students less than half passed the first time. I passed the 70-640 and the 70-646 based solely on the practice exams. It took 3 tries to pass the 70-642. A co worker took the CCNA course and had similar problems, his was also remote. Maybe being there live would have been different. I've taken classes here. Terrible teachers and business ethics. Save your money. It's basically a paper mill. I recently took the MCITP boot camp. Instructor gave poor VCE's when you could just do this on your own. Let class out early, didn't answer questions and was more worried about his night life rather than the student's learning. Go out and buy an exam pack, study on your own cause if you come here you'll end up doing the same. Our entire class felt the same but didn't want to say anything. Their pass rate is not what is advertised nor is their ability to teach. I agree with John above, I should have taken his advice. These idiots are just scamming tons of money out of the government and others. They just filed bankruptcy not too long ago. Can't even own up to their own bills. Trust me on this, you will help yourself and your company (if applicable) and do it on your own. Their promises are empty and the school is a huge scam. Check out other providers and avoid the paper cert mill. I cannot wait until Microsoft finds out about this. They will yank their credentials faster than their 15 day garbage boot camp.
