I waited for 15 minutes (despite there not being a timestamp of when the note was left) and then called the number that was on the door. Someone answered and very nonchalantly told me to come back at 1 o'clock, which is over half an hour past my appointment time. They were not empathetic nor considerate of my time at all. They also mentioned that they had been telling others to return at 1pm so there may be a line but I could stay around until 3:30! I immediately rescheduled at another facility. I would not recommend anyone going to this location for your fingerprinting needs. The company that uses this location should remove it as an option.

Parking was easy (and free)…read more The imaging center was easy to find - it's next to the entrance to the main hospital and has a large letter marker on it so you can see it. I walked in and essentially had no wait. The workers were courteous. I liked the CT technician, he was really nice. Everything was super fast and easy. It was so quiet walking through the area in there! It was a little spooky actually lol. My scan was at 4:30 so maybe everything else was wrapped up for the day already. Either way I don't mind, everything was finished before 4:30 even hit! This imaging center is very professional and seems to be running very smoothly. Hopefully I don't need anymore scans, but if I do there's a good chance I'll be back!

He must have not liked that because he became rude, curt and bored. He took out his phone and started reading it until I was done talking. Then asked if I wanted to do an MRI with his practice. Did he really think I would go back after that treatment? After I moved to another practice his office never transferred records. My PCP also asked for the xray and they never received anything. I had to get another xray which was an unnecessary expense. Most unethical of his office not to share record.

I was a little scared of dry needling at first, but it's virtually painless! I felt relief the very next day, if not later that day after our first session. Huge difference! It was incredible. I scheduled another session a few weeks later and she added electrical impulses, which worked well for my problem area. Dr. Charlotte also gave me exercises and stretches to do and said I can see her for dry needling as needed and I haven't had a need to. It's been over a month since my last session and the pain and discomfort is very minimal. The facility is nice and clean. The treatment area is open and bright. There's a private room for dry needling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again, as my problem is something that probably won't go away completely for a while.
