Parking was easy (and free)…read more The imaging center was easy to find - it's next to the entrance to the main hospital and has a large letter marker on it so you can see it. I walked in and essentially had no wait. The workers were courteous. I liked the CT technician, he was really nice. Everything was super fast and easy. It was so quiet walking through the area in there! It was a little spooky actually lol. My scan was at 4:30 so maybe everything else was wrapped up for the day already. Either way I don't mind, everything was finished before 4:30 even hit! This imaging center is very professional and seems to be running very smoothly. Hopefully I don't need anymore scans, but if I do there's a good chance I'll be back!

I waited maybe one minute. I was there at my appointment time. And Tamika took me into our room took my payment. She took my blood pressure, waist measurement and blood sample all within five minutes. She was super pleasant, honestly the whole experience was PLEASANT! They talked me through the process and then follow-up with me on the paperwork to let me know they received it. Derek Collins worked with me on my assessments. The very best thing is he was real. It didn't feel like talking to a robot or just someone going down a list of questions. He was honest and authentic. That made me feel like it was a safe space to be honest and authentic.
