I did the 8 week phlebotomy course and was certified by the end of it. I definitely had more knowledge coming into the program than some of the other students but Ms. Donna makes sure everyone knows what they need to know. We drew blood on the first day that we were there! We go one at a time so Ms. Donna can watch over everyone and guide them through the steps. We did it pretty much every class, and by the end, everyone was fairly confident taking blood by themselves. Ms. Donna was the only person running the whole school when I got there. She expanded the inside to another suite so there's more room to practice and study. She is extremely talented at teaching.
