Not going to "Bash" this place yet, as hopefully they will make it right on what happened. If they…read moredo, I will definitely update this. On October 19th 2026 my Girlfriend had a Flat tire on the way to work, and a coworker put on the spare for her and she took her vehicle (Toyota 4 Runner)here to get the flat tire repaired. They plugged the tire and put it back on to the vehicle. When driving home, she noticed her SUV start slowing down and wouldn't drive properly. After pulling over to the side of the road the vehicle stopped suddenly and would go in forward or reverse. She thought maybe the transmission had gone out or something major. After getting out on a busy Highway, she noticed the Tire that was plugged and installed was off and all the Lugnuts were gone. A good Samaritan stopped to assist and walked down the busy road and found two lug nuts. The rear axle was damaged and Brake Calipers were hanging. After getting the vehicle towed to my local "Trusted" repair shop that same night,(This is her only vehicle and needs to be repaired asap ) this incident will cost 2K to repair all the damage. The Tow Truck driver and Repair shop both mentioned although it will be a costly repair this could have been MUCH worse. It was said that most time this happens vehicles turn sideways and start rolling. Why I'm certainly glad nobody was hurt this still is going to be costly and very fortunate she was seriously injured or worse. I did call the This Business this morning and spoke to the owner. I explained I understand there's no way I can prove this was a technicians error, but whoever did the work clearly tightened the Lug Nuts by hand, and forgot to tighten with Impact. Hopefully they have cameras in the repair bays or nearby and can identify who made this error. The owner did apologize and said he was going to investigate the incident. I completely understand Accidents happen, and there's no way every job is full proof. However, while this is going a VERY expensive repair, more importantly nobody was hurt during this incident. The owner of this business has my number and will hopefully call back with an update on what his investigation findings were, and offer a good resolution. Again, I will update this review on how they handled it if/when I hear back from them. Edit: Ok, so I mentioned on the original review it would be updated if the owner of this business offered a resolution or reached out. Changing from 2 stars to one now!!... He did ask me during first out conversation if I new who the mechanic was who performed the work being done.. My girlfriend talked to him and told him exactly who it was. He gave her the "Runaround" and eventually said to bring the vehicle in so they could see it. The vehicle was towed to my local shop the night this place screwed up as it's her only vehicle. He didn't offer anything else and we wouldn't take the vehicle back anyway as they don't even put on tires properly. I guess will just have to eat this and hopefully this review will keep someone from having a terrible experience as we did. Everyone please remember, they may do some good work occasionally, but if they ever screw up your vehicle don't look for any admission, or them trying to "Make it Right"... This owner is definitely not an Honest person.
