Vietnamese associate communication skills and customer service was subpar at best. after work was done I watched my car sitting in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes.. when they decided it was time to check out, the only thing I heard from the Gentlman was, you can go now. this gentleman treated me like a pest instead of a Customer.. the black young lady that came on on dury while I was in the waiting room didn't seem like she had a sense of urgency. The Gentlman asked me to go out and get my license plate number and miles off the car while he's sat in a chair, totally oblivious to good customer service or not willing to give it.. I was under the impression that since their ratings were so low,why even put effort into good customer service with the customers that were present. I'm trying to figure out how this guy could even be an employee with the service that he exhibited unless he's part owner.. I was there for a wheel alignment and a tire rotation, and he didn't give me any paperwork for either upon departure, I felt his actions was telling me to get the hell out of there. read more

I just needed to get one tire checked bc the tire pressure was bouncing between 29-32psi even on hot days. I was told it would be an hour before they would even be able to check cool whatever I need to get this done and it's Sunday Discount Tire is my preferred choice but they're closed. Here it is almost 3 hours later and they have yet to pull my car in. I'm creating this review as I wait and the guy at the desk seems like he is so oblivious to anything going on. Came to get one tire checked and they give me a whole run down on stuff I didn't even ask about. Then when I question about the tire they don't know wtf I'm talking about like did you check the one single tire we came in for or not smh. Def going to discount tire in the morning I don't trust these people one bit! $22 dollars for them to walk around my truck and and not give me a clear response. I don't care about money don't waste my damn time. As we're walking up to my car the tech runs out saying wait wait let me check the tire pressure and put air in umm excuse me what!? So you mean to tell me this whole time you never checked for the one thing I asked about SMH nope never again read more

First off the only reason I come here is because it's close to home and was hoping for it to be a bit cheaper than Toyota dealership. I WAS WRONG!! Super wrong. First time I bought FOUR tires here and the good thing about that is the wheels have lifetime warranty n alignment n rotation. The awful part is everytime you come in and ask them to check that, they will suggest something else is wrong. The wait for small services such as oil change can take up to two hours. Second time they said my "strut" needs to be changed and it will cost 1,400 and I'm like that's crazy! They reduce the price to about 1,200ish but that's still high! I wish I would of let my friends order n do it for me. The next day my HUB CAP on my wheels FELL OFF SOMEWHERE! That means their technician did not INSTALL IT BACK tightly! So the guy who checked me out said he would be more than happy to refund me the $$ as long as I bring the receipt of the new hub cap. Ok, that was nice but what if it happened again?? So one month later IT HAPPENED again!!! I am not wasting my time on complaining again... Not to mention money! It cost $100 for a metal hub cap.. If my friend didn't order it for me I would of paid the retail price. So my third experience I'm here today to get an OIL CHANGE n it's exactly two hours of waiting. I really don't understand what their doing in the back but this is C R A Z Y!! I think this is the last time I would EVER get any services--- but believe that I will get my free rotation n alignment. on top of that I bought in a coupon for $10 off my oil change and my bill still ends up to be $40.. umm.. how is that possible? You guys need faster service and better quality if you ever want to earn back my business or any other customers business. read more

I typically don't give bad reviews but have to this time. 1 - waited 4 hrs and 13 mins to have my car looked at, I got the unlimited alignment 2 - car went to the back and came out in 20 mins From the way the car drives it didn't get done. They wanted to sell me tires instead, 3 at that. I have never heard a tire store wanting to sell 3 tires. Either this store wants uneven wear on tires in hopes I buy a 4th later on from them or flat out inexperience. This isn't the first time I have experienced this. Before it was not me, but someone else I waited on. I felt bad for the woman. Now it's me, and I understand the frustration completely. My day was completely wasted, on a job not even completed. I won't go to this location anymore. Note: I was told there would be a few hour wait. Okay, I am normally told that. That's normal, but 4 hours and some change to not have the job requested done? When a tire alignment is done you get a sheet of paper showing the negative and positives for each tire. I'm looking at my receipt and I do not see this information. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I've literally been here since 9 am it's now 12:26. All I need is my breaks repaired and I asked how long it's going to take. I was told an hour and a half. But it's been longer than that. Multiple costumers have gotten their cars returned to them that have came after me. I just don't know what is taking so long. I recommend just walking in because there's no point for an appointment, it's not like it's going to motivate them to move any faster. Not to mention the early morning attitude, I got here at 9 AM why are you upset this early in the morning. I'm about to pay you $500 plus for 2 breaks the least you can do is at least greet me with a smile. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not waste your time. read more

Wish I could put 0 stars. I made appointment for noon just for oil change. Arrived and the manager told me it would be a couple hour wait I said OK. Then after I waited two hours it took another hour to get in the booth and once in the booth the car was on the rack for over two hours for an oil change. All in all it took Firestone 5&1/2 hours to do oil change. read more

Pro's: The man who checked me in was nice, made polite small talk. Con's: He called me twice because "the technician said" my air filter needed changing and they'd do it for $30. I went next door to O'Reilly's and bought one for $12. When I went to change it out, I saw that mine was clean as could be so I guess I have a spare for later. The second call was trying to change out strutts for a low low price of $1200. Again, I could buy the parts for around $475 and have my brother do it in south GA over a long weekend. The only reason I went to Firestone is because I bought lifetime tire rotation and alignment. Guess that's standard practice to try and make more money. My brother took his car to a different Firestone and they did the same thing - told him his air filter needed replacing and he had just changed it out himself the week prior. I would almost guarantee that when you show customers respect by not trying to cheat them, they will become repeat customers. I will not revisit this location. read more

Although I reviewed earlier that in the 16 years of using this Firestone location I was confident of the service I received, there has been a turnover of employees. Sam is the only original employee here, now every time I come for service, I have to return because of some additional problem. This is highly frustrating and my confidence level is rapidly diminishing. The price for the service I receive is great and usually there are Firestone coupons, but I am considering another location for my automobile service. Matt the manager tries to accommodate the shortcomings but this is too much. read more

They do not know what they are doing and have ruined my vehicle. I have a case pending with the corporate office who are not helping resolve the issue while I am unable to drive the car- they have not given me any way to resolve the issue even after they admitted to making mistakes. LIARS and THIEVES.. I recently took my car to have its brakes done at this location. My car Only needed the brake pads replaced. A guy by the name of SHERMAN told me I need new brakes and rotors. Mind you my brakes aren't squeaking. I just wanted them done to stay ahead of my maintenance. Here's where the lying and thieving comes into play. My RIMS have a lock on them and need a KEY to remove my tire and also inspect my brakes. I didn't leave my wheel lock key with SHERMAN because I forgot. So SHERMAN called and told me he took my brakes apart and found that I need new pads and rotors and that the total would be $895.98.. And he was very rude and forceful by trying to convince me to pay that price. I firmly declined... Please don't let this particular location rip you off by telling you they found a problem with you car when in reality they didn't even check... HORRIBLE!!!!!! read more

This is actually my first visit for my vehicle. My girlfriend and her mom has been here a lot. They have had nothing but great service here. I came in to get a set of tires and the current special was expired so the guy at the counter was able to work another special. The tires I'm getting are better than the set I was going to get before. I saw the previous reviews but when it comes to auto places, sometimes you have to judge them for yourself. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!-This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE you can ever go to. We called ahead of time to see how long it would take for on oil change and alignment, we were told 45 minutes to an hour we ended up waiting 3 hrs, then was told my engine light was on which both my husband and I knew was Definitely Not on when we dropped my car off, we were also charged for a routine service check which we did not notice is actually free, but we were charged anyway, when they were finally done with my car, my engine and rims had oil all over them (very sloppy) and my carpet on the drivers side jad a big oily shoe print right near the pedal. When I saw that my check engine light was still on I ended up arguing with the guy that charged us and he said that it took long because the alignment sometimes takes longer than usual, then he said that the check engine light was on because of my turbos but there is nothing wrong with it, he also said they can reset my engine so the light goes off but if it comes back on to take it back to the dealer. ..THESE PEOPLE MADE MY CAR HAVE AN ISSUE AND REFUSE TO FIX IT OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, INSTEAD THEY TRY TO CUT YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU KNOW NOTHING. Just stopped here to get my tires rotated and aligned. While walking thru the parking lot I noticed 4 vehicles in their repair bays all with their hoods up. However, no one was actually working on the vehicles. I noticed a gentlemen in the back talking on the phone and smoking a cigarette and another guy sitting in a chair playing on his phone. I continued to walk into the lobby where an employee was going over charges with a customer for her repair and another employee was nonchalantly sitting on the counter as if he didn't care to do any work. I walked out after I realized that no one there wanted to work and they would probably do a crappy job. read more

Bad customer service, keep cars very long make appointments and not work on car for days. Also issues not resolved and the charges are outrageous. I paid for repairs brought it back in 10 days with the same issue and was told it was a different issue. Had better experiences at out of state locations but Forest Park is NOT the place to take your vehicle. read more

Ordered a set of tires & had them delivered to this location and the service tech Roger assisted with my service on 12/19/17. When he came out he acted confused & dis-shoveled. When he asked how he could help the phone rang & he never said excuse me or hold on or anything, I was in mid sentence & he start talking to someone one the phone. When I got there it was 10 am, I was initially gonna have them do an alignment on my truck also but after witnessing him act so weird and not looking me in the face I decided not to b/c he was acting, very untrustworthy.There was only one other car in the bay so they clearly was not busy. The tire tech pulled my care in @ 11 and took 2 hrs to install 4 tires, which seemed to be extremely long considering they were NOT busy. There was no customer service at all. I had tires put on before at other tire shops and usually they clean the tire up so it looks like the new tires you purchased, make sure the air pressure is good however,they did not put enough air in any of the tires required to have atleast 45-50psi they only put 35psi & they seem to wobble as if they are loose and now I hear a noise coming from the tires. My gut feeling is they screwed something up on my car. Warning Don't take your car to Firestone. These guys wreak of dishonesty! Oh did I mention he kept trying to get me to pay for an auto inspection that I did not ask for, which is listed on their sight as a complementary offer.
