I'm honestly not satisfied at all. Although the person I have been speaking to seems to be…read moreknowledgeable and friendly, it's the business as whole that I have a problem with. I was court ordered to take anger management classes and contacted them for an evaluation. Prior to the evaluation, I was told that 8 classes was standard depending on the results of the evaluation which was $100 just to take. After the evaluation it was said I needed 8 classes. No surprise because she already told me that. However in my head I'm thinking "well what was the evaluation for if you already knew I was going to take 8 classes?" But 8 classes is what is required to get a completion certificate for court. Then the classes are $25 each. So I have to pay to be on probation, pay for the evaluation, pay for the classes, and all while dealing with unemployment due to Covid 19. If I needed 8 classes to complete probation why the extra money for the evaluation? To me it's just another way for them to get money out of people. It may just be $100 but if you get enough people to pay it, it'll add up quick. I'm just doing the classes to complete probation and not have to deal with Atlanta PD or this bs justice system ever again.

In February of this year, my son was enrolled in a different school. During his first week, he got…read moresick, and truly never got better. After two months attending, we found out his hearing was temporarily affected from the fluid in his ears and he was scheduled for tubes surgery. Unfortunately because of the sickness, he only spent two full weeks in school out of the two months period. Before the tubes were even put into place, my son was kicked out of the school with teachers claiming he was possibly autistic and more than they could handle. I came to Goddard Chamblee with paperwork in hand that the previous school handed me with my tail tucked between my legs also terrified that they would agree and turn my son away. After a quick discussion and a glance at the paperwork, they agreed that no child should ever be left behind and that the previous school didn't even give my son a chance. My son has now been enrolled at Goddard Chamblee for two months and has hit more milestones and thriving more than he ever has anywhere else. The teachers are so loving, nurturing, and patient. They work with my son to ensure he's truly a part of the class and I can tell they genuinely care about him. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Goddard Chamblee. And special shoutout to Ms. Wendy who truly makes his classroom seem like home.

I want to start off by recognizing that Goddard Chamblee has some amazing people on staff. I want…read moreto thank those people for doing their best to give my child a good experience. After ~2 years, I would say that I have been satisfied with my experience about 50% of the time enrolled and I am exploring new options for my children. Reasoning follows: 1. Staffing: constant turnover and short staffing lead inadequate teacher:child ratios. You will end up dropping off/picking up your child from different rooms and different faces frequently. Administration will not communicate staffing changes and deceptively leave up pictures of former staff on classroom boards. 2. Cleanliness: the 1-2 year old classroom has glue coming through the floorboards. It has been 6 months since first reported with no remedy. Do you want your kids crawling on this floor? (See picture). If you open the refrigerators or look in drawers or cabinets, you will be disgusted. Too many of the toys and books in the rooms are in very poor condition. 3. Learning Environment: It is difficult to provide a consistently rich learning environment when constantly short staffed and rotating through new faces. 4. Owner: She is rarely present except for when she is asking you for more money for one of her charitable tax write off initiatives.

In my defense (lol) my venue changed after I bought my dress and I no longer felt my purchased dress was the one. I was told that anything I bought unless it was a sample would not make it to me to be altered in time and I began to freak out. I'd been to try on wedding dresses at three different shops prior and this was by far the best experience I've had with the most quality gowns. The owner, London, was my actual stylist and she was so attentive and thorough. I sent her inspo photos prior to my appointment and she curated my looks to a tee. I got to see myself fully styled with the dress of my dreams! And as a plus-size girly that meant a lot when I often ran into issues with some of my dream dresses not being in a sample size that I could really appreciate on MY body. London was both affirming and knowledgeable. I really appreciated my experience and I look forward to walking down the aisle to the LOML, feeling beautiful next March. Thanks for everything London!
