My intake call was compassionate, friendly and understanding. As an adult driver, I felt embarrassed, but the individual who took my call was so understanding. I had lessons set up with Ms. Karen, who I HIGHLY recommend. She was patient and didn't push. After 10 lessons with Ms. Karen, I am now driving normally to my place of work and leisure. I feel like I have my life back. And that is thanks to Trillium.

The owner actually answers the phone, answers all questions, kept me calm (this is my young driver) & got us scheduled. What a nice guy - don't remember his name. The actual instuctor is also SUPER nice- says my daughter. She said he was calm, they laughed & he was great! He told me she is a great driver, so that's reassuring!!! They took 3 2-hr sessions together. First on the normal road & around town. Second day was practicing parking, etc. Day 3 was hwy 316 & 85.... at 5:30-7:30 pm on a Monday. This was the complete opposite, the care and compassion Eric combines with his knowledge is what set it apart for me. Some people go to work just to collect a check and that's it, not Eric he is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about people. If some one told me I would learn life changing skills and rethink my ways of thinking after a 20 hour course I would of never believed it.
