The instruction by Carlos was excellent and my son said he learned a lot about driving and life from Carlos for which I'm thankful for. We were so pleased with our driving school portion we decided to do our driving road test with 1 ACT as well a year later after accumulating his hours behind the wheel with me by his side. The driving test was handled by a very straightforward and helpful proctor who gave tips and helped put my son at ease before the actual test. We appreciate all that 1 ACT driving schools has done for my son and helping him in his journey to becoming an independent driver and for that I want to say thank you to Ash, the owner and all the instructors and staff. 5 solid stars and two thumbs up!

His method of teaching was not only extremely informative and educational, but also relaxing. I had no idea what to expect since I've attended so many seminars and other various classes. Each one is very different. Mr Siebold was professional and his personality was enlightening. My hat goes off to A1 for employing teachers like Mr Siebold to help us all operate our vehicles much safely on the hazardous roads today.

Then, I asked for a refund (which would resolve all of it) and she noted there are no refunds but still could not explain precisely what they could provide with the services and packages vs what is needed to get a license...again she hung up the phone. You work in customer service so if you can't service customers then get another JOB. You've been warned.

Apparently, it's perfectly reasonable in their world to take your money knowing they can't actually give you the service in the timeframe you need. Makes you wonder what other delightful surprises are lurking down the road--poor instructors? Hidden fees? Who knows!
