I went in there today for the first time ever to get my eyebrows threaded... let me tell you... I was like "ahh damn" because there was like 6-7 ladies waiting. I thought it would take longer I was up in less then 5 minutes and out in less then 10 & my eyebrows they have never looked better and I pluck my own, I've gotten them waxed but never as satisfied as I was today! will be going back whenever I get hairy again lol. read more

This is the only place I've ever gotten my eyebrows done. A lot of ladies do a great job. Some kind of mess up once in a while but then the next lady tends to fix the last lady's mistake. I don't mind because there's eyebrow products that I could use to hide a little bloop. But for the most part I've never had a problem with getting my eyebrows done ! I came here because I didn't have time to go to my usual threading place and my sister recommended it. She has never had a problem but I've been here on two separate occasions and each time they nick the skin beneath my eyebrow leaving me with very sensitive scabs and light bleeding. They have enough people so you don't wait long and I guess the eyebrow shaping is decent but it's really not worth it to me if they're just going to cut my face. read more

Used to love this place but there customer service is horrible now. I'm trying to get my eyebrows done not listen to 4 people have a loud conversation. I don't mind but I know she isn't paying attention to my eyebrows and she completely misses all the hair and gets irritated when I ask her to go back and fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had been coming here for about 2 years until one day I came in and one of the lady's completely messed up my eyebrows, she thinned them out and completely gave me a new shape and they were so crooked, I was upset and addressed the problem with the lady and she specifically said she didn't see anything wrong, I then called up the manager and she indeed agrees my eyebrows were crooked and done the wrong way. The eyebrows lady that messed them up in the first place offers to fix them but at that point they were already done. She couldn't fix them without completely making my eyebrows more thin then she had already made them. I still payed her and then left and got on with my day. The real big problem came later. I went in today attempting to give them another opportunity but with a different lady because I needed my eye brows done ASAP. I gave them another chance and I happen to see the lady who messed up my eye brows the first time and as soon as I walk in she immediately gives me a nasty attitude and rolls her eyes at me and I have a strong feeling they were talking negative about me in their language, and then she approaches me and tells me " aren't you the girl from last time who said she didn't like how I did eyebrows?" I then said " yes but I won't be getting my eyebrows done with you but with another lady" she then rolls her eyes. she then indicates that she refuses to provide me service. i then stood up and left. I do not recommend this place at all. They are so unprofessional and this was unacceptable. I'm really disappointed. I just moved to Fontana and needed a new skin care place to go to and I saw that this place was near by and had some good review. I went in there and I had some great service. It was only a 5 minute wait and when I got to the chair the lady was very nice. When you go ask for the girl on the 2nd chair Pretty!!! She is amazing! Kim has done my eyebrows good for the past few months, but today I went to another lady and she messed my brows up so bad! My brows are thick and she made them super thin and one is even thinner than the other. If you go here, only go to Kim. read more

She threaded too far in and did them too thin when I only asked for a clean up. Worse part she cut off half of my eyebrow with the scissors. Got my money back but I would've preferred her not messing up my eyebrows. read more
